Edit: This is gambling site, they have roulette game and binary option.
2 days ago, a stranger sent me a message via Telegram, his nickname is @Joji .
The first, he told me that his country has banned cryptocurrencies. He asked me to help him withdraw bitcoin from spentrade.com . I accepted so I created an account on this website.
He transferred 0.7 btc from his account to my account and asked me make a withdrawal. I did what he said but spentrade.com has frozen my account and asked me deposit 0.02 btc( or 0.7 Eth) to unfreeze.
I told him this issue, and his answer is " he don't has money to solve it, he want me deposit 0.02btc to unfreeze and will pay back".
I saw two problem in here: I don't recieve confirmation email from spentrade.com when I registered, and in the past I created another account to tested with the same email.Of course I refused him.
I can not find any review about this website on google.
Do you guys know about this website?

Simply delete the chat with this person on telegram and stop using that scammy website
This is a similar scam as You get an email telling that you won at the lottery but first you have to send 100$ for the tx cost

If you don't believe it or don't get it, I don't have the time to try to convince you, sorry.

Sounds fishy.

I have never used this website neither heard its name, but after your post. I did some checks using https://web.archive.org/web/collections/2013*/https://spentrade.com and found that this website was registered in 2013 as claimed on their about page but was not active. Some links on the website are not active, like if you click on mobile app, it takes you to the trading page, there not information about their app. It has a DA (Domain authority) of 1. This is quite surprising for a Bitcoin trading website.

The website itself is fishy. Stay out of it.

That is a scam for sure Grin
I can say that because I already see that in a few weeks ago but the site is not the same as what you mention.
I hope you don't deposit any money, so you don't get scam by him.
Let him alone and don't talk to him again. Otherwise, he will send you a message to help him.

Just move on, this is a new way of scamming. The particular website will be owned by him and its a kind of risking big to get big. If you continue with depositing of 0.02 btc automatically he'll further demand for big. As you've mentioned that you're unable to withdraw soon he'll ask you back the 0.7btc send by him.

You have to be careful with the site because the person that sent the 0.7 bitcoin may be part of the scamming and they just want  to scam your 0.02 deposits. How can the suspende the account and ask for extra deposits before unfrozen you just have to be very carful with the site.

Why this topic is in the Gambling forum?I don't think that spentrade.com is a gambling website.
Why the hell do you want to help random strangers that have sent you messages over Telegram?
Your accounts are frozen for a reason and probably this stranger was violating Spentrade's Terms of Service.

First of all, never spend any amount if any stranger contacts you over telegram. Their only purpose is to scam people.
Secondly spentrade.com looks like a trading site and does not belong to this gambling section.

Never trust strangers as many people knew that this type of activities will surely leads you to get scammed, from the beginning of your story no one will transfer such amount from someone they don't know personally, from what we can see this, such an act of deceiving people, if you'll send that amount of money it will be gone with the wind..

I think this topic should be moved into Beginners & Help section, this does not belong it here in the gambling section.

I am very related to this case that OP's facing right now. First encountered I registered that related site as what OP said details, they had the same strategy used but in my case, that is not gambling site that is exchange site. I was so dumb to follow his instructions and thinking that maybe I can make a profit too by helping him.
To make a long story short, I was found out that the user asking help on me in the telegram was trying to fool me but I discover when I was trying to view the site and it was copypasted exchange with similar UI in other exchange.

I just still lucky I didn't click any malicious link that can harm probably with my PC.
It's very simple OP, just report spam and ignore those kinds of bait techniques.

This mode of fraud is very often encountered and it makes us always have to be aware of an email that we receive. Indeed there are not many reviews of the site because maybe the site was made only temporarily and only aimed at deceiving people. You better just leave all conversations with parties on behalf of the site.

Stay out of it if it is not familiar to you only trust a reputable website and not some random popping messages that randomly send you a message that they want their money back. It is a scam, especially that they ask you to deposit first before you get what they ask. Don't follow their orders, stay away from it or block that message. That's how phishing and hacking attempt go.

I also had experienced the same. I forgot the website but it was the same scenario. A guy from telegram was asking mo to withdraw his money and he will pay me for doing so. I noticed it was a scam when I checked ethplorer and the website seems sketchy. Do not entertain strangers sending you a DM in telegram.

This should be on trading section or rather should be put up on scam accusation. All website that do ask out deposits before you would able to withdraw are just scam and take note this spentrade.com site
is just a clone or fraud site which do came from cex.io.Try to see the similarities.

Exactly, it has nothing to do with gambling. Suprisingly, OP's bitcointalk account is considered as old account (created on 2014). Logically, an old account bitcointalk member should have better experience in this kind of thing. I wonder, why did he even care about a message from a stranger. It is simply a scam attempt, looking at how the site looks like. It seems that it is just another site that offers free btc on sign up then give a big win on users from playing like a roulette game then asking for deposit to withdraw the winning money.

A best approach in such situation is to help the guy unless or until you do not have to spend money out of your pocket. If anyone asks for the money in name of help, then ofcourse we should be cautious and avoid sending any money.

I hope the OP is not seriously sending money to this site.
That is the usual catch of a shady website. Giving promo but you need to send a certain amount first.
After sending that money, they will disappear into thin air.
Several websites have been doing this cheating strategy for so long and naive users are still getting victimized because of the expectations that they will really get that money.

I think this is the same scam which is being told and reported here too.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5081286.0
You will be amazed to know that so many sites are involved in this scam to get money from the people.

A lot of scammer are sending personal chat in the telegram which include a fake, scam website if I were you I will avoid this kind of action just simply delete or report spam the person who send you a malicious messege because this is the new way of scammer.
Dont ever try to send money in this website or ever you want to lose your money.
