But the current price on IEO will be $0.003175USD. This is in 2x cheaper than on seed sale. What so big difference? Are this people had some other bonuses?

To be part of Harmony you should start holding BNB as of now in order to be eligible at the event or else you will missed an opportunity to have it in it's lowest value that everyone are wanted to achieved because of it's good project that can surely get the attention of all crypto user in the near future.

But the private sale was even cheap compared with the IEO price and the IEO price has already doubled from the private sale price. I just believe if the private sales investors will try to prevent the gradual increase of harmony token. they are getting it so cheap and they can dump it as soon as possible.

Nah. I think I read on twitter that private sale had to pay a higher price for the tokens. Price at IEO is around .003 and private round participants had to pay around .006

As I see team members are seperated from big companies such as google, amazon etc and established harmony.
There are many icos had been going on, much of them are scam. so in this condition, making and ieo is a huge risk.

Also, don’t forget about a one year development process before team started an IEO activity. Development of the project is a long way and we are only in the beginning of it, but GOOD BEGINNING IS HALF A BATTLE.
