I thought bounty were already release, this is one of the successful bounty program and you are correct, the bounty is not large so I don't see a reason why it will be hold, I think they will release it soon, the volume is big enough to buy all those dumps.

They only said that around September 4 to unlock all participants' bounty addresses, I also found it strange why they locked it, while the number of bounties given was not much, I made sure there would not be a sharp price drop, if they were selling their coins , because I know binance has many big traders

I don't think it is too burdensome in my opinion, because the allocation of prizes is very small, it will not damage the price because the trade volume of harmony is large enough that it will have no effect

Is there someone who can explain how Harmony blockchain technology differs from Zilliqa, QuarkChain or Ethereum´s future sharding?
I know that Zilliqa has the simplest version of sharding technology. But comparing with QuarkChain for example?
