Hindi naman siguro masisira dahil normal lang naman sa lending business na mayroong ayaw magbayad, kung baga, reality yan, kahit sa labas ay secured pa ang loan, marami pa ring hindi makakabayad. pag business talaga, hindi puso ang pina iiral, as a lender wala rin naman kayong makukuha kung hindi nyu tatanggapan ang loses dahil part of the business yan.

My Suggestion:
1. Submit atleast 2 Valid I. D. and contact to the lender.
2. If failed to comply, no loan... then paghindi tinakbuhan na pwedeng kasuhan yung borrower Civil Case Collection for Sum of Moneyestafa.

Gasino na siguro ung Valid ID, takpan na lang yung ID number, at Bdate (kung meron mang nakalagay),... And contact number... Hindi naman big deal yun for security reasons, besides everyone can just use another number after doing such negative things. Pero syempre iba pa din yung may makakasuhan.  Para atleast magkaroon ka ng takot kapag ikaw ay tumakbo sa responsibilities mo. At para na din maging aware ang iba, na hindi biro ang pagkita ng pera para pagsamantalahan ang pinaghirapan ng iba.
Para naman maiwasan na yung pagkalugi, dahil kung mauulit at mauulit yan mauunti unti mga lenders natin. Hindi normal yan actually, hindi naman tayo nagbibusiness para malugi, although parte sya ng business pero hindi yun normal.

In my case, wala naman sa akin yun, kayang kaya ko magprovide sa lender ko nun, naiintindihan ko din ang dahilan. Pero kung tumanggi ka tapos sasabihin mo mga palusot de palaboy, ah may balak...

My Suggestion:

This would help to determine the identity of the borrower, but it should be prove that he owns the ID he submitted, maybe a video call would do, but I will tell you this is time consuming for a small amount of loan, however if the lender has a lot of time, then this would do.

But, here's the big catch... you cannot take legal actions against the borrower on defaulted loan unless there's a valid loan contract and that's impossible since all transactions here are only done online.

Then voila! Bakit hindi tayo magimplement ng valid contract para dito, not a big deal kung ako ang tatanungin. I suggest for every lenders to make a full contract on this, para lang naman ito sa mga borrowers nila. No need na ipublicize  ang contract.

I just searched on the internet, possible Makasuhan ang ganitong pangyayari, basta alam lang yung identity ng kakasuhan at may evidence.

Valid Id. And a picture of borrower together with a Signed message of his username would be already enough. That way may panghahawakan na si lender sa identity mo at may ebidensya na ikaw ang nagmamay ari ng account/username just in case na itanggi iyon ng may suspect. As for evidence ng transaction kinoquote naman natin un so kahit burahin un ng user imposible na mangyaring magkaila pa sya.

What I'm talking is a contract that will be honored by the court and online contract are not honored AFAIK.

The borrower should personally sign the contract with all the details on it, and that makes it more complicated since like I've mentioned above, everything here is done online, and we are only talking of small amount of loan, which I don't think a borrower would spend for the attorney fees just to sue the defaulted borrower, imagine the time spent in doing that as well.

Tama po kayo jan walang nakukulong sa utang thats a sad reality to lenders walang habol kumbaga kaya napaka risky ng ganitong business kahit sa credit card kapag lumubo ang utang mo wala rin magawa ang mga bangko para singilin ka kaya binibili yan ng mga credit collection agencys para sila na bahala maningil, may civil case nga jan kaso unfotunately its only a civil case not a criminal case lusot pa den, red trust lang tlaga ang katapat jan para matigil sa pang scam ung mga hindi magbabayad.
