These guys copied the content or are somehow related to another scam project called MATREXCOIN.

Or it could be from this other one as well.

From their website:

https://icoholder.com/en/primebank-coin-26764
https://archive.is/5jDqj

Good job OP.

We will see many more of those quick copy and paste type of plagiarism if the market continues to get better. Scammers dont care, they just want to make quick money and scam all naive people they can while the market is high.

I'm not sure who the original source of this content is. Primebank Coin does not look like an honest project either. There is no activity on GitHub, telegram and facebook.
Twitter looks like it is suspended. In my opinion, these three projects (MatrexCoin, BitcoinCard, Primebank) are scammers.

Maybe this will answer who was created first:

Yes, thank you I also thought about this method of checking. But we do not know what content the sites contained upon creation.
Anyway, as I said, this all looks like a scam. It does not matter who was the first, if their sole purpose is to deceive investors.

Good find OP, if a team can't create their own unique whitepaper then how could we expect something good from them? Obviously no, they just want to raise fund from innocent investors and they would skip after fund raise. Really plagiarism isn't a great way to launch a projects. They just trying cheat people's. Keep it up and keep exposing that kind of projects.
