Did you set a passphrase before? If you did, you need to set exactly the same passphrase to properly restore the wallet. And please move this this Hardware Wallet childboard ( there's a small move button on the lower-left)

Yes, it affects the master private key which is being generated. Trezor uses the mnemonic code (your 24 words) + passphrase to generate the master private key (which is then used to derive your private keys, which hold your funds). You need to restore your trezor only using the 24 words, without a passphrase. If you insist on having a passphrase attached to your mnemonic code, you need to move your coins from the old seed (without passphrase) to the new one (with passphrase).

If the seed is correct, yes. but when you reset your wallet use the 24 seeds, it have necessary step need to enter your passphrase , how can i avoid it ? thanks
Unfortunately i don't own a trezor, so i can't assist you with the exact procedure. But can't you simply let the field empty ? AFAIK it is not mandatory to attach a passphrase to the seed.

Regarding your trezor ? Or using it in what context ? You definitely need to restore your trezor with the same seed which your previously used with your trezor, not with a different one. In fact, you shouldn't import any seed into a hardware wallet which hasn't been generated by the hardware wallet itself.

this belong in another section. you fucked up why did you update the firmware while you had keys in it?
I have the model T and did the update, and the original seed was preserved through the update. I wiped it, and got a new seed. The model T by default I think has less words on the recovery, if you do that, which I didn't. hey man my wallet is trezor one , i dont know exactly with T as you said it also have problem with T after wiped ? buy a new trezor wallet recovery my seed is last way for me . but it seems not smooth so can you offer me some advise buy one or T ? thanks so much

Why do you need to buy a new hardware wallet? If you updated to the new firmware... and it "wiped" your device, you can simply restore it using your 24 word seed... and as advised earlier, do not use a passphrase if your "old" wallet did not have a passphrase. Passphrases are not enabled by default on the Trezor, you have to go into the settings and explicitly switch them on. Only after changing this setting will it prompt you to enter a passphrase. not set passphrase in 2018 years ,(i think it didnt have this function in that time ), but yesterday i already set the passphrase
If I understand correctly, your device is now prompting you to enter a passphrase because you set it yesterday... If that is the case, and you original wallet didn't use a passphrase, you can simply leave the passphrase box blank and click "Enter". It will show you the "non-passphrase" wallet generated from your 24 word seed. See the note at the bottom... "leave the passphrase blank to access your default wallet": You can then go into the settings and switch the passphrase off if you want... or just continue to click "Enter" with a blank passphrase... it is the same thing.

In Ledger Nano, they have an option to extract private keys and import them in an online wallet. Doesn't Trezor have such an option in case an update goes wrong?

Exporting and importing the private keys isn't a very good mechanism to protect against a faulty update. You'd need to make sure to always have all private keys of the addresses which contain funds.. The easier way would be to simply have a backup of the mnemonic code. This lets you recreate all of your (current and future) private keys in any compatible wallet. And yes, you can definitely backup your mnemonic code with a trezor.
