Nice catch. Their address also doesn't makes sense so it is likely that they made up. Anyway I looked into the token's address which is https://etherscan.io/address/0xbf993daD7B222d44762f99D9b6CB21D27A88534e and was created by https://etherscan.io/address/0x11195539543ec8e6fe7179112e42fe1d3c434ed4 and if you look into the transactions of this address you will find other projects which is operated by the same user like these:

[1] GameParadise Token (https://etherscan.io/address/0xd5a78141d6f32078330b2297611ae0fd06c2d2bf)

[6] Globex (https://etherscan.io/address/0xb7638568e8dfcc4f7edfdcad6c070c91585ec22c)
[7] Fidex Token (https://etherscan.io/address/0x656b97bc512ef14799918a5342d5c62b3d0e2569)

These are the contracts actually created by the same contract owner as in this project but there might be some contracts which might not be owned by the project so cross-check carefully if the token is actually the official token address with the project's site.

Hi!

As a part of the team (cm & graphic designer), I am very surprised by those asumptions...

First of all, thank you for getting our attention on those serious matters!!

see, I like being involved with honest and genuine teams and real projects, so I'd firstly ask you all to CHECK your sources before throwing accusations :

- first of all, I'm Philippe Delvigne, my linkedIn is on their website, you can all check freely. https://www.linkedin.com/in/philippe-delvigne-960a8821

- second of all, about "Romy Toklio" -> please check https://pyrexcoin.com/#team page and click on the linkein link of this "Romy Toklio" -> it's a link to Romain Bergery's linkedIn page.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/romain-bergery-13005821/
As showed on the website, "Romain Bergery"... He chose the name "Toklio" because he created his own business named "Toklio". "Romy" is shortname for "Romain". Here you're making a big deal out of nothing. that's even called disinformation... Toklio is his telegram username too, by the way. Being involved as a dev in another Blockchain project is not in any way related to scam or cheating Wink

- the CEO of the project -> https://www.linkedin.com/in/setyman/
again, not fake -> or please prove it otherwise

- Suvendu Biswas -> https://www.linkedin.com/in/suvendu-biswas-663819153/
not fake!

- Mizran Rahi -> https://www.linkedin.com/in/mizan-a-rahi/
not fake!

- Mr Michael -> https://www.linkedin.com/in/mr-michael-23b75a163/
not fake...

that's already 6 out of 12 with valid social network link & proven names + photos.

About the other Team members, we're investigating on them now... If they can't give us valid proofs that they're genuine, they'll be fired straight away.
They have all been hired after mouth-to-hear, from reputation or from their activity on different team/groups. I have been hired the same way... The marketing rep, who's also involved in a coin I'm mining, noticed my positive, active and open communication on this project's discord as a moderator, and also my design skills, and he decided I could be good for this project.
That's how they hired most of the Team. So of course, if any of them is not legit, there's no way we could keep them in.

I'll keep you posted about this, once again it's a very serious matter, especially to me cause I pay close attention to transparency and honesty in all the projects I'm getting involved with.
This doesn't mean that I can't be involved with a rekt project (that happens, even to those who'd deserve success, you know it all), but I really avoid like a plague any dishonest/scammy stuff.

That's the price to pay when you accept having your linkedin profile+photo made public Cheesy

Concerning the whitepaper, I checked it previously and I saw some good amount of what is called "plagiarism" there, which I reported to the core Team. They're currently working on it, but as an excuse they told me that they had very little time to write it, and as the core members (CEO & marketing) are not fluent English speakers, they thought it would be convenient to take the content from well written articles that basically talk about the main topic, and with the right words. I know that it's not the way to go and it can even be considered as illegal, so I reported it as soon as they got me involved with the project.

From what I can see from here, I'd say this is mostly a matter of "ignorance" from them. And also trying to do some things too fast...

I asked the website dev to remove the existing whitepaper until it's totally rewritten.

Then I hope the case will be solved!

Or you will have contributed to denouncing another scam, and for this I'll personally thank you!

Sorry this was long, but I guess it needed to be said...

to be continued, as they say Wink

Ask your team members to make a video talking about the project and upload here. I am sure OP will fix the thread if you can do that.

That's a very good idea!
FYI -> Miss Alig just got fired... apparently she has not been able to prove her identity. We can't risk this kind of shit on a project involving this amount of invesment!

The other team members are having their REAL photos published on the website. After being contacted, they admitted giving us fake photos because "they have been scammed a lot after working with some projects, and they were afraid this would be just another scam so they didn't want to get public about it".

I guess they were okay with the idea of being involved in a scam, just not okay with getting their faces sticked to it Cheesy

Not a very smart move, admittedly.

Heh, can you blame people for being after money... :/

will continue keeping you posted! thanks again... this thread has had a "bomb" effect on the core Team, I can tell you Wink

Hi Philippe, I had a look at your linkedIn profile and no where a mention of your current REC project. Why dont you update your profile and add REC project experience. When you are serious about your project, what stops you in maintaining transperency unless you are part of a scam.

Hi! Because I don't wanna risk getting fired from the company I'm working full time for Cheesy They have a strict policy about that.
That's pretty logical... I have a full time job here, been working for that company for quite a few years, now I'm involved with this REC project because I've been contacted by people I trust so I'm doing my bit about this project, but of course I have NO idea where the project will be in 1 year, 2, 3... Nobody can tell! same with my current "full time" company actually, but....those ones have been there for more than 15 years now, so I'm pretty trustful they won't go anywhere soon. So you can understand that I can't decently take the risk to lose my reguar-salary-job in a 15 yrs old financially stable company, to put all my eggs in a brand new business for which people are trying to do their best, sure, but... do I need to say more? It's plain logic to me.

Check my historic here, check my linkedIn profile, same photo, I gave it myself to REC webmaster, if you're on Telegram I'm easy to find, same with discord. Facebook ditto...

Have you heard of many scams whose team members were not hiding?

Someone was suggesting to make videos from the team saying they're involved with REC, that's what we're doing now, I'm gonna post them all here and kindly ask the OP to remove this thread, because as for now there is NO evidence that this is a scam. And believe me, I'd be the first one to say it is!!! But I & we can't do a lot more to prove that we're not frauds, seriously since when have we landed in a world where people can be accused, and be guilty "by default" without serious proof (again...what do we have? A guy who previously chose a nickname to work with another project, and a few devs who got paranoid and provided fake photos (yhey all explained themselves to us about it and provided REAL photos, feel free to check the website now - one of them was unable to give any explanation or real doc, so she/he got fired (Miss Alig))

See...I've made a french translation the Paycore bitcointalk Ann some time ago, and the original english version has been busted with plagiarism. I had no idea about that, because I didn't take the time to check the original document for plagiarism before translating it. Now it's something I do systematically. The thing is, after this, I've contacted the Paycore Team immediately on the discord, trying to alert them about it, thinking that maybe they had been giving the whitepaper job to a sneaky guy (which happens a LOT), but they NEVER bothered to reply in private, + they deleted my posts in the "translations" channel of their discord. Then I came back on bitcointalk and  I closed the french translated thread for Paycore project WITHOUT DELETING it, so that everyone could see, because the team's behavior was definitely fishy.

That's how I deal with scam, guys.

I do acknowledge that this crypto sphere is filled with scams, but again, here, to this date, nothing proves that this project is.

I'll come back with the suggested videos, hope that will make things clear

Great job man, you have discovered a hole which is connected with canal. I don't know how many people got scammed by them but one thing is prety much clear to all that common scammers are trying to commit scam with different projects. I hope our investor will take their time to investigate properly before making their investment at least. Otherwise those faceless idiots will fulfill their target again and again.

~...Check my historic here, check my linkedIn profile, same photo, I gave it myself to REC webmaster...

Thats what scammers usually do. They use the same photo all over the place because they cant get a hold of new images.

~...Have you heard of many scams whose team members were not hiding?...

Many, lost the count already...

1~...Someone was suggesting to make videos...
2...kindly ask the OP to remove this thread, because as for now there is NO evidence that this is a scam....
3...I've made a french translation the Paycore bitcointalk Ann some time ago, and the original english version has been busted with plagiarism....

1-Yes we need to a video.
2- No evidence? What do you think about a project with a fake team? = SCAM
3- Well, that is your version, but how do we know that you are not the mastermind of paycore scam?

We want to see the videos. Ask your team member to reply to us on Linkedin (we sent messages).
Oh and send us a message on Linkedin, so we know that it is your LinkedIn account.

I'm sorry but this is getting a bit ridiculous...

I've been unmounting all the "evidence" you guys showed. Then gave an explanation about the "fake photos" (and now I really understand those guys who didn't want to show their real faces...to be accused of being scammers like that, I'm starting to regret showing mine)

You also want our credit cards numbers & codes, maybe?

- shooting videos of everyone -> ok, that's in the making

- sending messages on linkedIn - as far as I can see (I just tried), we need to be connected for us to be able to send you any message. I'm not connecting to anybody just because it has been requested to prove that I'm not a fraud, so if you could think of another way... And just for the record, nobody will send any passport scan (I know a bit about the law and ID / passport checking requires some legal certifications, or this kind of request IS illegal)

How do anybody know that YOU are not scam? because you have a linkedIn profile and you claim to be an "investigator" since 1 year? I can't see your photo there, by the way... just a logotype. Way to show transparency... I'm sorry to turn things that way, but I feel like I'm being in a lawsuit where I'm accused of many disturbing things (and yes, "how do we know that you are not the mastermind of paycore scam" is nothing but a rethorical way to lead everyone to actually think that... I am the mastermind. I even have no idea whether Paycore IS actually a scam or not... they just had a very fishy behavior, that's all I can declare), and whatever I could say for my defense will be turned against myself...

Please come to your senses!

So as per your claims you are part time developer of that company and which you dont feel like to update your linkedin profile. An ICO project which collects millions of people money, cant be interested in producing Authentic team.

How can people have trust in a company which does not prove its credentials. Who is the founder of this CEO? You look more interested in defending this project than the Your REC Project founder. Despite all, this project does not fit into category of serious investment.

... "but how do we know that you are not the mastermind of paycore scam? "
I'm sorry but this is getting a bit ridiculous...

Ridiculous? Ridiculous is this project - already replaced 3 team members since exposed.

...I'm not connecting to anybody just because it has been requested to prove that I'm not a fraud, so if you could think of another way... And just for the record, nobody will send any passport scan (I know a bit about the law and ID / passport checking requires some legal certifications, or this kind of request IS illegal)

First: Nobody asked you to submit anything, and even if you do, it probably will be fake, like your team.

We tried to do you a favor and asked you to connect on Linkedin just to make sure you OWN the account.  Since you refused, the only thing I can think is that you don't own the LinkedIn account.

...How do anybody know that YOU are not scam? ... I can't see your photo there, by the way...  I'm sorry to turn things that way, but I feel like I'm being in a lawsuit where I'm accused of many disturbing things

Ask around if we are a scam. But this is not about ICOEthics, but about Replaceenergycoin SCAM with a fake team.  We don't need to show our face anywhere, we are not selling anything. But Replaceenergycoin is selling something and lying to investors - presenting a fake team. Keep trying to distort the subject here and you will get burned very fast. ANd about your threat to sue, usually, just scammers make such thread.  Go ahead and sue us.

waiting for the video, including from the other 3 members that you replaced. We want to hear from them why did they leave the project.

7 minutes after asked for video, someone was fired Grin

And, and:
After being contacted, they admitted giving us fake photos because "they have been scammed a lot after working with some projects, and they were afraid this would be just another scam so they didn't want to get public about it".
I can imagine conversation with team:

Investor: Is this project legit?
Team: We don't know..."

Well you have to be kidding me, project whose team members don't trust project they are working on speaks for itself.

I guess they were okay with the idea of being involved in a scam, just not okay with getting their faces sticked to it Cheesy
It seems you are OK with that idea too.

And, of course, there is "why don't YOU show your face?" part:
How do anybody know that YOU are not scam? because you have a linkedIn profile and you claim to be an "investigator" since 1 year? I can't see your photo there, by the way... just a logotype. Way to show transparency...

As far as I can see, all of my arguments are manipulated and turned against myself. Thank you for misreading each one of my words

So now I suppose some of you will say that as we don't have a great English accent, we're surely not legit.

Why did I defend myself here, and not the main Team members?

Well, because they don't really care about bitcointalk in the first place. Now that I see the ridiculous behavior that can be observed here from certain people, I can totally understand why.
I also came here to defend MYSELF in the first place, because I'm part of this "one-way lawsuit", and I take it personally. Moreover, as soon as I commented, I got even more personal attacks.

Now that you can see the requested videos, thank you for deleting this thread.

FYI: https://defamation.laws.com/slander/slander-accusation

Don't forget that nobody is allowed to ignore the law, including yourself. Those false accusations are hurting some of us.

- oh, and now I have some "untrust" comments... lovely. Will anyone of you tell me why those "untrust" marks exactly?
What have I done individually that makes me "untrustworthy"? This is all becoming a big circus, seriously...

Well, at least this thread is there for everyone to appreciate.
And by "everyone", I mean those who can read and understand, not those who twist some short quotes.

Mizan is confused with his role. Tell him he is IEO Marketing, not a Developer. Anyway good try.

Bangldesh and India, are going to be hub of fake ICO scams with Sadak chaps.

God save investors.

Look, I've been kindly trying to defend myself here, and presenting the "insider" view upon the team and what happened with those fake photos.

The fake ones have been replaced with real ones, team members who gave fake photos explained themselves about it and their reasons have been accepted by the leader, one of them couldn't give any acceptable explanation and got "fired" (cause that's what a company does when one of the members is behaving in a way that hurts the company's reputation)

ICOEthics has thrown the idea of posting team videos, this has been made in a timely manner. This is why I posted those videos. Now they're turned against us because I mentioned that in the first place (please read everything) the team didn't care about bitcointalk? I'm getting some "lipsync" comment, is that a joke?

I'm currently trying to "add" ICOethics to my linkedIn contacts, so that he could verify that this account is MY account (this part is really grotesque... My linkedin account has been there for at least 5 years, but well)

Mzn Rahi is the website developer, he also works for IEO marketing.

The comment about "Bangladesh and India" is pure racism. Won't comment anymore about that one.

Guys, you're targeting the wrong people here... And now giving me those negative trust marks?
So that means any project I'd be involved with from now on would get hurt by this? Do you really think it's a normal thing?
Feel free to check my posts, see how "scammy" I can be... the only thing I was accused of was this "paycore" case. What I did there was to translate a bitcointalk Announcement into my native language, read again "bitcointalk announcement", and as a consequence I was already getting untrusted marks because their whitepaper was blatant plagiarism!? So if you get paid to, say, create a logotype for a company, and later this company proves to cheat some people, you get to be the one blamed for that?

You may think whatever you want about the "REC" project, but the facts remain that they still have to be proven as a SCAM.

But to give me those trust marks....really unfair. I'm not CEO for this company, as I previously mentioned I'm doing some community management (mostly saying hi to people and deleting the scam/spam posts) and a few graphic works on my spare time... Nothing to be blamed for
