There's no way to recover stolen funds. It is well known that Myetherwallet is vulnerable to hacks and there are a lot of phishing attempts. There were a lot of news regarding this topic. You should have been aware by this, before you decide to use such unsecure wallet service.

What do you mean by "hacked"? It looks like your tokens are still on the address. So I assume the "hacker" hasn't sent away your funds yet. Can you explain more clearly?

Looks like you're talking about this tx: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x1c51aad286055e9705576f38b147c04fa2905fbdb6e11c9b1bf7d9a064bceadb

There's also another address that received many tx from your address:
https://etherscan.io/address/0x63e7f6d11ddecec44419f00e5ab9b55a38a6d5a5#tokentxns

If those two addresses aren't yours and you don't do that, then my suggestion is to move whatever tokens left on your wallet to a new wallet. Do that in a clean environment (use new PC or new OS) to prevent further hack (if the hackers implant a keylogger in your PC).

We don't know he accessed his MEW. He could use private key or seed which won't require any password to unlock.
Either he got phised or keylogged.

if you have an encrypted wallet, you can access it, but when you move funds, the password needs to be submitted!

My ethereum wallet hacked...

Dear experts member my mew wallet hacked please suggest me ,how to recover...if anybody help to recover I will give him percentage..

Unfortunately you can not reverse transactions on the Ethereum blockchain once they are confirmed.
Your private key was probably stolen through phishing and you should abandon that wallet as soon as possible.

Transfer out any tokens valuable that are left in it to a new wallet address. Sorry for your loss.

Sorry, that's a loss already and no way you can recover that, unless you know the hacker and ask him to return.
Most of us only used private key to access MEW, so in your case, I would like to know on your method in accessing your account?

I have a feeling you are a victim of phishing.

There is no way you could retrieve what you lost this is why you should always be careful on the sites that you visit and always remember to check if it is the real site or is it just a phishing site.
We should always secure our crypto and if you really want to do it then grab a hardware wallet o keep your crypto safe.

Now the hacker is using Etherdelta: https://etherscan.io/token/0x799d214d7143b766cdd4979cd0280939288ba931?a=0xdd645ae86aa2e36f4d8e841246a00cde3439126c

OP, did you manage to contact Mercatox? They should atleast manage to stop the hacker from withdrawing the coins and same goes for Etherdelta too.

Also, it seems you are still using the hacked address (probably linked to Etherdelta and Idex) and sending coins which is too dangerous now. From Etherdelta, you get an option to withdraw it to another address too: https://www.reddit.com/r/EtherDelta/comments/6hrmsl/how_to_deposit_withdraw_and_transfer/

I'm saying that OP's private key or seed might be compromised so the hacker could move his funds easily as he just needed to create a new wallet, so no need to import any password at all. Does it make sense now?

We should always secure our crypto and if you really want to do it then grab a hardware wallet o keep your crypto safe.

Hardware wallet might add an additional security layer, but don't think you'll be immune just from that. You need to be careful as there's a lot of way to hack and steal your crypto.

What do you mean contact? his MEW was hacked, from there, he already lost his coins.
If he contacts Mercatox, how can he prove the ownership of the coins?

Although he can sign message using his MEW address, but the hacker could do the same, it's a waste of effort of the mercatox and I'm sure they would not bother looking at it.

There are many ways of proving ownership of a hacked address like owning the keystore file which they hacker won't have as he hacked the private key and if the user had an exchange account, he can also show that as proof including what Mercatox asks for. And Mercatox also uses this forum so the address posted on the forum also can be a valid proof. Atleast a dispute can be opened and the coins could be kept on hold and the hacker won't be able to withdraw them.

Good idea, OP should try your suggestion.

However, is there any instance already that the similar problem has been solve using your recommendation?

^I have never recommended it to anyone but have seen people doing it to reverse transactions via PayPal and other reversible payment methods by submitting proof. However since ETH/BTC are not reversible while these exchanges are controlled, it's possible to start an investigation on an account that is involved in some hack. Binance has done it and all exchanges have been cooperating so I don't see why Mercatox won't if the user can provide them the proof. In any case, these exchanges are used to locking accounts for number of reasons and here it's better to do something than nothing.

Well sorry to hear that pal, but sad to say there's no big chance for you to recover it. Perhaps you probably clicked some phishing site on MEW, because those Phishing site are good in copying the original interface, and maybe that phishing site appeared to your monitor when you open MEW to your laptop or desktop. Once you click it that the hacker can able to steal your coins in Mew, due to they have your private already.
I think take it as a charge experience and lesson learn mate and you better be careful next time.

There's no way to recover, I notice you still have some big amount of tokens in that wallet, if you still have access, you must transfer all your coins to a new wallet address and do not use that address anymore, although those are coins with huge amount, we never know it could have value in the future, so better take action now.
