As long as there will be users and buyers of tether, I think they will retain their position in the market no matter what issue they had right now.I don't buy tether and don't use stable coins but I saw one stable coin that has been dumped badly.

How many different rumors have there been about Tether? I've already lost count. There is a feeling that this is done in order to manipulate the market and buy crypto currency when bad news about Tether comes out.

I've been hearing rumors about Tether and it's fake fiat reserve since 2017 and it still exists.
As long as Bitfinex exists,USDT will continue to exist.It's a totally pointless cryptocurrency,if you ask me.

Tether is basically printing U$. Nobody knows if Tether will blow up or continue to be accepted in exchanges.

They already know that Tether is only 74% funded. That is 26% of the U$ in Tether simply don't exist. How can it retain U$ 1 valuation? Nobody knows.

There is speculation the Tether is backed in Bitcoin, not in U$.

US authorities are going to crack down hard on this because if USDT oughta maintain 1:1 parity with the dollar, then they have to show the money. Gotta be 100% funded, not just a smaller fraction.

Still, it can lose value, instead worth 1$, it can drop.

Tether story is no longer news its an old event now and tether is still doing OK despite the set back, I believe as long as the coin is active on the exchange that is buying and selling of the coin it will still do well no matter what have happen to it through the CEO.

Tether is not a coin to hold for long term so if you are not sure about its future then better convert it into decentralized crypto currency where you have no chance to ump the price from creator of that crypto.

Why do you ask such questions: "I heard something somewhere, that someone said something about something?" What answer do you expect to get for such a question?
I have this answer: with Tether everything is fine, it is traded on exchanges, it costs 1 dollar. Would that answer suit you?

When people feel panic in the market, they evacuate to tether. I think the presence of tether was an important factor in the price of Bitcoin. So I'm nervous about the presence of stable coins in the market.

Right now we have several options such as Tether and TrueUSD and out of them Tether is having the largest market cap. But the Bitfinex scandal has seen some of the users dumping their USDT holdings. Really don't know, maybe will survive but i think they need to be more transparent and show proofs they have backed up by real money all there coins. Or i'm wrong?

We can't tell its end because its price is stable and it is hard to tell whether it could be a next one to do an exit scam along with the famous coins. I hope it would be not one of them since tether is the safest place for me if I'm undecided on what altcoin should I buy.

yes you are right, as long as there are still people holding it. even shitcoin will never die. it will last in the future, even though it will only be dumping.

I don't think tether will die. he has become the biggest stable coin at the moment. and it's hard for a coin like that to die, even in the future. despite the many negative rumors about this coin, there are still many people who believe and become its holders. being dead will be very difficult, especially the price does not experience a large decline.

this story might just be a pure FUD from the whales trying to manipulate the price of bitcoin due to the fact that they have see that the price is soaring high,  Tether cannot die irrespective of the FUD behind it

Tether is the most popular stabilization coin. I don't think that after the story with Binance Tether will cease to exist. Whales want people to buy tokens, and not keep them in Tether.

Talking about tether we can be sure that it will die along with a bitfinex . This exchange has printed a huge amount of usdt and every year it has problems with financial audit because of this, but until the regulatory authorities take it seriously, it will continue to do business. I think in the near future tether still will be present on the crypto market
