Since the uploaded file will be on digital form, there's this handy app named Adobe Photoshop that could really do things... And if you do have a way to check the originality, how? And in case the user is a, let's say, Chinese non-english speaker and the specialists existed for inquiry are only available on Russian, English, and French, you wil do what exactly? What's your solution for people with thick and heavy accents, again? Like maybe a French user was on line with a Japanese specialist, that happen to both speak English, but each with their own accents?
