@wayne_kenoff, link to drafts is available every time you click on the post reply or quote below the space where you write your post. There are a lot of things that are not available through simple menus, and the reasons may be that this is something that most users are not interested in, as is the case with mod (deletion) log or security log.

All the draft messages get saved here.

There are some limitations with drafts: 100 draft posts and 7 days and if you don't click on Preview or actually post it, yours won't be saved in Draft page
