Elite Mining Inc is hosting a giveaway competition on gleam with several tasks for people to earn entries.
Every entry gives you a higher chance to win a prize from a pool of several prizes.

Why are all the rewards in other tokens, if this is an Elite Mining giveaway, why isn't the reward in Elite Mining tokens?

For me It's okay to win them in ZEN/ZEC , at least we could trade them already.

Elite Mining tokens (EMI) are Security Tokens. And for legal reasons, it's not easy to Airdrop security tokens

Just login with your email address, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account. And than just click on every task and follow the instructions and you will win entries

Yes, I think your explanation is perfectly reasonable. I see this EliteMining project is quite potential. I have been greatly supported by devs in their telegram group and hope this will be a real product, not a ponzi investment model. The only thing to be concerned about is why they don't build a separate registration platform for investors but use Google Form, which seems to me a bit unprofessional.

Very valid point but I believe it is a very genuine reward for the competition as they are not giving zero worth tokens. They are freely trad-able tokens.
