I do not want to engage in silly controversy. Did you mean yourself? No cartoons. Where does this hate come from? You need to check first. My accounts are open and I have nothing to hide. I do not see anything criminal. In English, there is no separation by kind and the habit of writing in Russian is simply from a human, and this is either a person or a man.

It seems they are referring this topic which "help" russian bounty hunters speaking with BM and asking for goddamn stakes.

I suspect that such topics have caused some plagiarism to occur.  Instead of helping beginners, they cause thoughtless copying of standard phrases.

These words can be a plagiarism of many people. But I did not copy these words from this person. I did not copy a single message from the forum. Because I do not see the point.

Whether you copied it or not, the rule here is if there is an evidence that you copied a post from a different person then that is considered plagiarism. Even you will say that you didn't but there is an evidence then its a plagiarism and against the rules. I'm not that good in English but I'm trying my best to make my English understandable to other pro English speakers here

If it is a general script that many users have access to and just paste it ... should there be a dif course of action ?
I completely agree with the "intellectual property" concept but this post for example is severely lacking on the intellectual part.
Is it plagiarism? Is it spamming? Is it a permaban situation ?

I think a bit more thought power should be invested into this...

I had blanks for comments and posts on facebook and twitter and I sometimes used them for the forum ...  please see this post is also on this list ...

Good news is you can not be judged as plagiarism if it is your own words, but if you repeatedly make multiple posts with same templates, you violate another forum rule: Multiple posts. Nevertheless, did you use those templates for your bots to spam the forum? One more thing, even it is your own words, I guess that you also have to show admins/ global moderators your constructive things to the forum to get ban uplift. In short, you should do two things:
- Prove that it is your own words.
- Collect and show your contrustive things.

You can't plagiarise yourself. Copying the same post into another or multiple threads would at worst get you a temp ban if it was deemed spam.

Bad news is if you actually use bots to spam, your account might be nuked, not banned.
