Whether you copied it or not, the rule here is if there is an evidence that you copied a post from a different person then that is considered plagiarism. Good news is you can not be judged as plagiarism if it is your own words, but if you repeatedly make multiple posts with same templates, you violate another forum rule: Multiple posts. Nevertheless, did you use those templates for your bots to spam the forum? One more thing, even it is your own words, I guess that you also have to show admins/ global moderators your constructive things to the forum to get ban uplift. In short, you should do two things:
- Prove that it is your own words.
- Collect and show your contrustive things.

You can't plagiarise yourself. Copying the same post into another or multiple threads would at worst get you a temp ban if it was deemed spam.

Bad news is if you actually use bots to spam, your account might be nuked, not banned.
