I can't find the list of the mining pools for banano and can I get one from you? I'm interested to mine this one and let me know if you have a good recommendation for me which is best mining pool to mine banano. But sadly this one is not yet listed on CMC.

I don't know exactly what you are looking for. There are two BANANO Mining Faucets active right now, and several other faucets:

BANANO Miner: Earn BANANO while contributing to medical research, CPU&GPU, Folding@Home. See more info also above.

BANANO Powerplant: Browser-based altcoin CPU mining paying in BANANO.
https://powerplant.banano.cc

Both are probably Mining Pools in that sense, but both "mine" something else and pay in BANANO if you want to simplify it.

Clear recommendation is to:
1) Go to https://bananominer.com
2) Register with your BANANO address (starting with ban_). If you don't have an address yet get help at https://banano.how
3) Note down your username and the teamname shown
4) Install the folding@home desktop client from https://foldingathome.org/start-folding/
5) Put in your username and the teamname
6) Get a folding@home passkey from https://foldingathome.org/support/faq/points/passkey/
7) Put in the passkey into your desktop client
Get BANANO approximately every 12 hours

Otherwise we will be listed at CMC as soon as possible. We are on total 5 Exchanges, with one being on CMC and 4 having applied weeks ago. Unfortunately CMC takes weeks to months to evaluate projects currently.

Hello bantano! Tell me, will the payments for folding gradually decrease after a certain period of time? Or will the algorithm for calculating payments remain the same for a long time? If I often pause, does it significantly affect the reduction of payments or not?

I'm glad that there will be coming 4 new exchanges, I feel like things are unfolding now like what happened to Mrai back three years ago, I'm sure history will repeat and Banano will reach $1 in the future.

Haha thanks for believing that, we're definitely aiming to bring crypto to much more people by making everything simple and smooth, and making it easy and fun for everyone to obtain.

Correction re exchanges: We are on total 5 exchanges right now (overview at coingecko or at http://exchange.banano.how ) and I was just referring to 4 of those exchanges not being on CMC yet, which is the reason why we can't apply yet. Coins need to be traded on 2 exchanges that are listed on CMC, which is not the case yet. But it hopefully won't last long.

The ratio of folding@home points to BANANO is subject to change over time, but is not always increasing. Also, it is not linear. We are closely monitoring how many people use the miner faucet and adjust to make sure the rewards are as fair as possible for everyone (i.e. not one large mining pool in China would get 90% of the payout), and to make sure the BANANO liquidity is not impacted too much.

'Ordinary' desktop PCs can be quite different, but with https://BananoMiner.com you'll probably get like 50-200 per day with desktop client and passkey set. Less with browser only.
With https://powerplant.banano.cc/ mining faucet you'll probably get about half of that.

But it varies, maybe try it out for a few days.

Also by the looks of it you can set this up as something you could do on the side for your gpu mining rig. It also doesn't look like it uses too much electricity.

You can mine from several computers, no problem at all!

I have vps in gcloud, 1 instance with 8vcpu and currently folding, wanna ask if i break it into 4 instances @2vcpu each will it give me same reward?

If you have a computer shop you are on a big edge of if you own a company that has a lot of computers, you can make a side income just mining Banano, but of course you will have to wait sometime before it will have a good value in the market, price is not really that attractive right now, but a fee less transaction is something that Banano has an edge over other the top coins in the market.

It seems to me that the rewards for folding are reduced.  I've seen it in the last two weeks. Am I wrong?
