Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong forum. http://avalon-asics.com/product/a3233-free-sample-chips/This package include 20 free A3233 40nm chips. you can find more document about A3233 Core voltage:0.75V Chip frequency:600MHz Hashrate:7.089GH/s PS: 0.1BTC was for shipping cost. the A3233 was totally free. Just saw this now on avalon-asic and thought this might be cool for those making USB ASIC keys.

65$ bucks per chip for shipping.
Because a package containing 3 chips (total weight and size close to nothing) really cost 200$ to ship.
Are they taking for retards or something.

Would be nice - I've only seen one 'USB ASIC key' (I call 'm StickMiners) so far - the BitFury chips are vastly more popular for those at this time. 65$ bucks per chip for shipping.
"This package includes 20".

I don't get where you see 3 chips when his site says you get 20 chips, and the shipping cost is 0.1BTC. $65 USD to ship isn't bad figuring it actually comes from China, and your supposed to get 20 chips not 3.

So if you move the slider over to 20, you're requesting 400 chips in total?

I'd double-check with them before committing to that many - but math says 'yes'

2+TH of raw power in chips for 2 BTC

2+TH of raw power in chips for 2 BTC Cray... But you'll need someone to mount them on boards though.

Mounting them onto boards is the easy part (a hot air rework station is best, but a heat gun will do in a jiffy), getting the boards made is the slightly more difficult part, getting boards designed the hard part; the datasheet doesn't exactly have a reference implementation in it. Though it does mention that the protocol is compatible with the earlier A3255, and at a glance it looks like the pinout is the same.. so odds are you wouldn't have to worry too much about the board design; existing ones should have some pointers.

I agree with Avalon being a terrible choice. But then again - why buy any miner from anyone, any time?

I have bought a lot things from Avalon in the past had no issues. Maybe you were bugging them so much that they messed up your order intentionally Or maybe they lied and cheated people. Or maybe they didn't lie and cheat anyone but due to their own circumstances whatever required them to produce the product failed and they simply neglected to inform the customer of the issue, so people jumped the gun. If YiFU was such a bad person why are is miners still selling, even his new Avalon 2's which where in a stock up to a week ago are not out of stock. Business is still moving forwards for Avalon. Reminds me of the companies who have thousands of positive feedbacks on Ebay and a less than 50~100 negative feedbacks and hearing people say "they lied and cheated people".
