Investors including me find that IEOs and STOs are more attractive than ICOs because of several reasons.

Therefore, we don't need to worry much whether the IEO is going to be successful. The second reason is that reputable exchanges won't list useless projects as IEOs and tarnish their image. Therefore, IEOs offered by reputable exchanges usually attract more investors. This can leads to have more and more IEOs in the future.

To be honest, I am a bit uncertain about which among IEO and STO is better. I have been reading a lot about both lately and the experts in the crypto space are of the view that STO is going to be the trillion dollar chain and that it can really outshine IEO but I believe that that would be long from now and for the time being, IEO has good prospects of success, since will triple in number.

This outcome is likely if market conditions remain supportive and should increase the demand for IEOs provided they offer good quality products with long term viability and STOs might attract a lot of traditional investors into the digital assets market place and bring a lot more capital inflow with it that will help expand the entire industry further

IEO and STO are going to take over ICO as people expect some form of credibility from the two than plain ICO.
IEO is supposedly project studied and approved by exchanges it's like endorsed project of the exchange and has a much better chances of getting listed in that exchange itself. This already solves some problems that investors face. While STO promises the real stake in the project though with no free and independent auditing, it could easily be manipulated.

If the market will continue to rise then there is a big possibility that it will happen but if the market will start to fall in quarter 4 then this speculation will not hit the right path.

Once the market is alive, many STO's and IEO's will surely be born as the investors will be alive again. IEO's are new therefore there is a good chance that it will overtake STO's in terms of number. But I am not that sure if the investors will keep on investing in IEO's if they find it less profitable.

I'm not very sure about STOs but IEOs number of today will definitely soar much more. I don't think it will just go triple, possibly it will go 8x - 10x because of the successs hype and not to mention that btc is now fast approaching that 5 digit value again.

This is the answer to all the scamming that is going on in the ICO coins, time will come that no new coin will pick ICO because investors are not going to invest in a coin that has ICO attached to its name, after more than 3 years it's end game for ICO as we have two better replacement STO and IEO.

It is really sad to know that ICO is finally becoming archaic and a thing of the past, Crypto market would have really suffered a major setback if not for the intervention of IEO and STO, most especially IEO because STO is still yet to gain relevance a much as IEO is gradually gaining, and I know that within the next few years, IEO will be the major accepted form of crowd funding to most investors, because it is a little but regulated and yet does not have the involvement of government in it, unlike STO that is being regulated indirectly by government through its agency known as SEC.

There is no need to pity or show sympathy for ICO, ICO has done more damage to investors, most have lost their life saving touching these tokens, this is the reason most of these developers are running away from STO's because they know with time they have responsibilities to investors, but most of the so called STO's in the space now are jokers and not one of hem is rely serious and that is why people are not interested in them

IEO and STO are basically the same. It's just an evolved ICO. There were many STO in the past, just the word wasn't coined at that time.
But this time the failure of IEO may also lead to the failure of an exchange. So its really a difficult job for established exchanges to choose the best candidate that would be able to keep up the name of the exchange.
