We can look at it probabilistically with different words and you'll get a small percentage but that's only if you're considering the entire space of words that could be generated.
If you look at it, however, by what words are likely to follow, you'll have similar sentences

Consider a short reply to something like, "recent bull run thoughts?" (general thread)

The recent bull run * 4 words that would be common frequency
has/is/was (common options)
a/an (common articles)
(adjective)

I looked at the history of messages kirreev070 and did not find anything wrong. In the fight against plagiarism and spam it is easy to reach the point of absurdity, and to punish with a ban even for self-plagiarism, which is almost impossible to avoid in a long history of messages. My opinion is that isolated cases of plagiarism should not be punished with a ban, only systemic chronic abuse. The spirit of freedom is inherent in crypto-anarchy, and the freedom to quote freely is one of its facets. Plz unbun, tnx.

This doesn't look good indeed. However, kirreev070 doesn't look like the total spammer that turned plagiarism into a big problem, and it looks like he has contributed to this forum too.
I wouldn't be against a 2 year signature ban instead of a permban, but I also wouldn't really mind keeping a very strict policy on plagiarism. I'm glad I don't have to make those decisions.

 I only know of kirreev070 based on his participation in the Wall Observer thread as I don't speak Russian.  Based on that experience and what I have read here in this thread from his fellow Russian-speaking members, I believe he would be an asset to the forum if reinstated.  Please consider giving him a second chance.

From discussions I've followed on the matter of ban appeals, the forum administrators are sympathetic towards accounts that are of value to the community, but this would only count if the plagiarism was an 'innocent mistake', and not done with any; to complete a campaign task, to get merits for another's content or to increase forum activity (this would not be an issue now as activities are useless without merit(s)).

Yet another case of not being aware of the forum rules, something that frankly keeps changing. While it is true that there were many shitposters here before the mass ban, but surely it caught some good fish among all the stale ones that were kicked out. Kireev070 seems like one of those good ones that got caught in the whirlpool.
