In that case there is nothing you can do. With some wallets like Electrum you can do a CPFP to get it confirmed.

Maybe you can try any of the free accelerators but i doubt that they will work now because a lot of people have the same problem.

Second this. They ask you for money just to rebroadcast your transaction. Just $5, that's cheap no?

Would rather broadcast your own transaction instead of using them.
