I have noticed that there two kinds of persons in poker gambling (when it refers to profits)

   1._ The hit and run ones
   2._ The ones who uses the money earned on previous bets to hunt for a bigger reward

Number 1 and 2. I am also a hit and run once I knew that I have a bad luck day or what I called out of the cards. But sometimes, I am eager for bigger rewards since I gamble for fun and for money. I just want to add the third one whom are the gamblers that you expect the lowest chips but has higher bets when the cards are on them. What do I call this, the innocent players. You have thought that they just easy to destroy but you will know their character once they bet their whole chips.

I am the latter kind of poker player. Only once in my life I withdrew my winnings because it was really significant amount for me, 0.17 BTC. All the other times I use the money I win for buying tickets to other tournaments or for cash games. But saying that I hunt for bigger rewards would be only half-true. I enjoy the game very much, and what I'm hunting for, apart from rewards of course, is for playing more games. I'm talking about poker with real players, of course. Video poker is a different thing entirely, but some people somehow manage to confuse the two.

I honestly can say that i am a kind of a poker player when it refers to profits, who hit and runs when i started earning huge amount of money, so i could play poker another time and it is a lot of risk if i will start to play all of my winnings that i could lose all of it. Anyways, I mostly play poker in a bitcoin casino because it is very convenient that i can play at home or at work and i more likely experiencing huge winnings here, that is why i like playing in a bitcoin casino. It is also good if a bitcoin casino has a instant payouts and good support because it makes it a legit or safe play.

I'm probably a number two type of guy since gambling is kind of a fun time for me since the risk involves is actually enjoyable and pleasurable to experience whenever I gamble. Playing poker online, I'll be the hit and run type of guy. I'll win big and cash out immediately.

But if I am playing in a poker table with real individuals, I like to win big and win more by using my capital to bluff other players. Of course, this will only work to non-professional poker players.

I intend to be the hit and run player. I am using the word intend because I have been playing for a while now and yet haven’t had one record of winning, I spend a lot of time on this game and luck has just refused to smile at me. I know some of you will come to attack me that I am not skilled enough, please spare me those crab, I have done my best in learning.

I am so optimistic about my win and I hope it will be mind blowing. That day might mark end in playing poker games but for now I am not giving up until I break that record. I know it can be frustrating playing games and always loosing but I am willing to be patient till I win, moreover, I think I am having fun from the game already.

Hit and run is what most gamblers do and its good for them , its a wise strategy but i sometimes feel guilty doing it especially if i gamble on local gambling ( like for example on carnivals )  because they are only small time, gambling is thier way of earning an income but if all gamblers will do this  . i cant imagine what will happen on them   .  but when it comes to playing poker i only play for fun  , i wont mind the money that i bet   .

I'm that hit and run guy. When I play I usually fold early most of the time and wait for that one good hand where I can put more money on the line.
When I win I usually give up and take a break until I feel like playing again. It's important to know when to quit and not get too emotional.

This is a good thing that you are a cautious player and do not get carried away behind money easily. Else it would have being that you would have become addicted easily to it and thus may have ended up losing easily if got carried away from it .

Been too deep and carried away is not good, aside addiction, it can even lead gamblers to making too many more loses in gambling, there is nothing as good as having the ability to stay in control of a game not necessarily to run away from the game.

Addition on the other hand does not only happen to those who get carried away with money, I think it is very important for us to correct that notion, anyone can become addicted to gambling, weather those who are in love with the money or those in love with the game as long as we don’t all learn to play with discipline and self-control. I am also the hit and run player.

I think there is something you all are getting wrong about gambling, weather you are a hit and run player or play those who use the money to replay, the most important thing is staying in control of the game and the only way to get this done is to be highly Disciplined. Gambling is not a game for babies, you got to be well matured in thinking and in handling decisions. I always thought it was the maturity in gambling that would make a gambler resolve at the kind of player to become. It even takes more maturity to make this decision because there are times you really want to stay for long in the game and because of how you have built yourself in the game, you decide to play and run, so at this point I need a better understanding of staying on top of the game and control. There’s room to learn more and this is what I do daily.

Why don’t you wait to win first before planning on staying or leaving, you never can tell the amount you would get in your first win, maybe so big that you will put it back to have a retry. Being in the gambling industry now, i hardly hit and run, rather hit and continue for more rewards in as far there is self control involve. If you are addicted to gambling. whether your aim is to earn money or have fun, it is hard to do that strategy. An addicted gambler will never run that quickly even if that person won a lot. He thinks that he can still win a lot of money and will continue until he notices he's losing his winning but still continues to play until nothing is left. Addicted gamblers can't be stopped gambling unless someone helps him and him helping himself.

About that 2 options, i am hit and run player. Because sometime i play and afraid to lose, so when i win or lose, usually i leave the game and maybe take a rest. And then start again in next day.

I feel you bro. I'm more of option #1, too—a hit and run player. I know to myself and honestly admitted that I don't like the feeling of losing. It gives me frustration and regret. So whenever I have that drive to gamble, and whenever I win big, then I prefer to walk out immediately and enjoy what I gained before something change my mind that'll trigger me to bet again and again until I have lost everything.

Just do not get addicted to it but I will tell you Poker is one of the best game in gambling industry with huge revenue around the game and this automatically makes poker a tough to play game but it is very possible to learn how to play Poker. You could be a best Poker player if you put in your time and yeah some money and learn about your weak zones and work on them. The richest of gamblers in the world have been Poker players.

  Same as you I am in list of those who are not properly aware of game that how to play it, but with some friends I have seen them playing, so according to me I think poker is a game which is about our luck, it is good to be a hit and run type of player, I try to be the one who get just profit and then leave, many times I felt I should try to increase my timing in poker so I am planning for it as you said the more we spend time the more we learn.
