I thought I'll be happy seeing LTC went up and stuck at cryptopia.

Total amount of money taken is 10k NZD

However, I got only 7800 CLM

So what?

Am I missing something?

Current price 3/18 32 LTC is about 2700 NZD and 1.2 BTC is about 7200 NZD

Where should this topic be moved?

Service Discussion - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=85.0
Scam Accusations - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Either one of those sections would probably be suitable for your thread. You'll probably have to put a little more thought and effort into the format you're presenting it, though.

Currency exchange section is for actively exchanging your currency.

From what I can tell, they will be in touch via email about what comes next. I don't think your coins are gone, yet, but they are stuck for now.

I think there should be a way to make this clear. Cryptopia is a curency exchange. So, I thought it belongs here. Thanks for correcting me. How else I should know?

No it's not, a currency exchange would be something like Forex. Cryptocurrencies are cryptocurrencies, not currencies. This belongs in the forums that bill linked above

the short explanation under each subforum name should give you some clues
you should move to one of subforums mentioned by bill gator
or Marketplace > Service Discussion > Exchanges is even more appropriate place to discuss it

and on the topic of your coins in Cryptopia exchange,
they probably use the exchange rate in january, instead of current rate (march) at the time of your OP
however, they just announced they are being liquidated... so most likely you will be getting even less than that
