Bittrex together with Ocean deceived 5000 traders on 1000 BTC

Bittrex conducted a fraudulent IEO:
1. Sold 56 million Ocean (1300 BTC) at a price of 0.00002350 BTC.
2. Before the opening of trading message from Ocean on Twitter: "the Starting price of 0.00001000"
3. 1 hour before the opening of trading on Bittrex, the Ocean coin is added to another exchange in the Ocean/ETH pair. Price drops to 600 St
4. p. 2 and 3 were not agreed before the sale of the coin. Investment conditions changed at the last moment.

The IEO was attended by more than 5,000 verified users and their balances in minus x4-X5.
Bittrex and Ocean are silent. Bitrex is responsible only to third-party issues. The twitter Ocean and Bittrex have hundreds of angry comments, but they are all ignored. The ocean team went on vacation until mid-June and only removes comments in their Twitter.

1. Bittrex and Ocean are "very sorry." Ocean promise to invest in the development of the coin and thus raise its value
2. There will be no cancellation of trades and no refund
3. Bittrex stated that it is not responsible for anything and does not control. It only gets paid for IEO.
4. Bittrex also States that it does not control the listing on other exchanges during the sale and distribution of coins. This also applies to future IEO.

That looks like the most organized pump and dump scheme ever. I don't know when people will stop falling for IEO's conducted by these so-called reputed services. It's become a trend in the crypto world to create a service, get some reputation, give some free goodies, organize an ICO & fuck all the investors in the ass.

Probably ocean developer has granted part of initial offer to another exchange before being accepted by bittrex.
This explain the "double" launch. I am sorry for your lose.

Until now, not a single IEO project on bittrex can be described as successful. I think this new IEO trend will be even shorter than ICO

That's the reason why I had not bothered to buy Ocean coin on Bittrex IEO. Because I have noticed about their fraudulent  from their previous IEO. Their previous IEO dumped hard after listed for trading. So I don't trust any IEO on any exchange. However, I don't see much investors are encourage to invest on IEO. Because on last IEO sale wasn't ended instantly.

Bittrex responded that they only host the IEO. They do not control the listing of coins on other exchanges.

I think any exchange can't prevent if other exchange want to list any coin. Price depends on traders, if exchange don't choose shady pump dump techniques.

I think if the exchange cares about its reputation, it should support the coin. But bittrex only wants to raise money. Ocean was sold at 600 BTC in 1-2 minutes, and the new IEO sold only 150 BTC out of 592 BTC.
