Let's talk about this Bittorrent situation $BTT

Compared to crypto-currencies, torrent users are maybe x100. This is really opens the road to mass adoption and I also plan to hold some BTT.
My concerns are the willing of those users to pay anything for a generally free service and this is where TRON need to some out with some great feature+marketing plan.

yes, with the entry of cryptocurrency into the file sharing industry such as torrents where they use p2p technology first and certainly have more than a dozen users than crypto users, this opens up new opportunities for people to join the cryptocurrency ecosystem

It is still not very clear why one really needs this coin when bittorrent or other torrent clients work for free anyway. Anyway, the coin has done really good after the ICO.

Well almost all hyped coins did well after ico stage and btt has never lacked hype. Bittorrent back in the days was extremely popular for file sharing regardless if it's pirated files. Even the eth founder specifically mentioned btt as an example for crypto that has or will have actual working use.

If you follow Justin Sun, he is very smart at technology as well as marketing. Justin sun Acquired BitTorrent which helped him to bring 100+ Million users on tron Blockchain & BitTorrent really looks great project for long term as they have huge user base which will result great price appreciation in future. But the success of BTT depends on the how incentivizing ecosystem they build which will ultimately bring more users.

No. It's purpose to eliminate extra fee (publisher's profit part) between user and creator.
Due to wide BTT adoption anyone could sell their music/video/pix sets/software/or anything else DIRECTLY to customer, through bittorent network.

But it's still not clear about the what will be the usefulness of BTT token itself. Bittorrent is widely known as a software to download the unlicensed software.
Just try to make sure this token will make the payment become so easy. But it's impossible to do that.

I suppose they'll merge BTT with bittorent traffic: creator'll define "weight" of each MB/GB of his/her creation in BTT and publish by putting on any torrent forum.
If you have enough BTT you'll be able to download. Smth like this

Right now, BitTorrent still in the underestimate coins because the coin itself still new in the crypto atmosphere and we don't know how good that coins. But later, if the project was good enough, then we will see the price will increase and like the other coins, it needs time to prove it is good or not. But now, yes the price still at the low price but I see that BitTorrent has available in many exchanges including Bittrex and Binance as the big exchange.

Utility tokens such as this are fueled by a lot of hype therefore a lot of speculation is driving the value and it won't necessarily sustain it once the fan fare begins to wear off but it should have potential as a long term investment if content providers actually start to make use of it and demand increases

BTT has picked up some activity in the last couple of days or so...  I'm not really sure what could happen here.  It's either it goes sideways for a week or two then break out or it's nothing but a tease and start going back to the 10 - 12 range again.

But put it in your watchlist.

i think they are realizing maybe theres a REASON chains that been around a long time are having trouble with this
(lbry, alexandria are two examples of kickback file sharing chains that havent solved this problem yet YEARS later)

^  You don't get it...  That doesn't matter.  Whether something is legit or not, it doesn't matter.  It's all about the game.  And the game is to acquire as much BTC as you can, not holding some altcoin.  Lol.  Concentrate on the price, nothing else.

at the beginning BTT circulation on the market shows good progress. maybe all can be better if the product can develop well and have market growth in the future. wouldn't that be good for future investments with BTT coins.

TRX holders are given free BTT's every month via air drop for like 5 years...?  But it's not really that much.  It's better to buy it in an exchange if you wanna do some trading.

Yup, that's a break out.    GL to everybody who pulled the trigger on the trade.  Let's see it go past .00000030 BTC.  But you can't really tell with these things.
