Can't find the option to enable messages from "newbies"

User 'XXXXXX' is a newbie, but your options are set such that you cannot receive PMs from newbies. Therefore, you cannot send PMs to newbies, either.

Looked just about everywhere I could.

Go to your profile then choose "personal message options".



 You can now enable/disable messages from newbies.

It's not possible until you become a Full Member, you'll be able to do from that from your profile => Forum Profile Information when you upgrade.

You will earn merit by making good posts 100 120activity by making posts every week  for some months.
