Hi,i need help on freebitcoin site,i signed up on the site to earn bitcoin,and i want to unlock bonuses,i saw the requeriments,its asking me to buy lotery tickets to unlock and to roll without captcha,o brought but the requeriments Numbers keep changing and i can unlock ,someone please help me?!!

You should move this to service discussion. Can you link the actual site you are using so people will be able to review all the details and help you. Without that information we can't tell what the requirements are or if this is just some copycat scam site.

The page does tell you that the requirement can be changed and the bonuses aren’t guaranteed, I’m assuming that what’s happening is an intended feature because of that.

So what is the actual help that you need. Yes you have to fulfill the requirement in order to roll without captcha and Yes the numbers keep changing.
It has been that way from a long time. If you have already brought the lottery tickets and the number has changed now then just buy some more so that number meets the requirement.
If you haven't already brought the lottery tickets then it would be better that you buy some extra tickets as well so that even if the number changes, you still meet the requirement.
Besides that buy more tickets would increase your probability to win the lottery
