Most important is regular and complete medical checks and fixing any medical issues that can get worse over time. But it all comes down to random luck and no matter what we all die eventually. Sad, I do not like it. It is better to live fully and appreciate things we have right now and we take for granted.

Healthy living is the key, regular exercise and proper diet will help you to live a long life. Avoiding stress will also save your life to make it longer but it depends on how you handle problems.

Be happy, I've read some studies before that being happy will exactly prolong our lives. Avoid vices that will deteriorate your health or avoid vices in full just to be sure.

The quality and meaning of our lives are more important than years.
I long but tedious,meaningless and boring life is way less valuable than a short,but meaningful life.
Anyway,avoid all the nasty addictions and stress,have a purpose and you'll be fine.

From my experience, the best way to live longer is to avoid stress, eat healthy, walk in the nature, enjoy life, have a good family,

There is a needed to do it like eacting more vegetables, ftuits and also drink more water and also exercise daily if you have free time.

There is much difference between healthy lifestyle and healthy diet,only good diet will not make us to live longer we also need to live happy and satisfied life when we want to live longer because it will give energy boost to the whole body and will keep us younger than our age.

Work out ( but not too much especially not cardio) , i can't find the study about it at the moment but i remember one where it said that even healthy people that do too much cardio are at a risk for heart attacks.

Eat well , not too much red meat , a balanced diet is the best try to avoid too much alcohol and cigarettes are a huge nogo
also don't take too many recreational drugs. Antioxidant foods like wild blueberries should in theory slow down cell death and your bodies' "decay"
And i've read mixed things about a ketogenic diet where you basically don't eat any carbohydrates and your body runs on fat , but do your own research on that topic
i haven't tried it myself yet but i'm planning on trying it in the near future because of the apparently heightened mental capacaties that people report while their body is in the state of ketosis

Do things for mental health , transcendental meditation for example seems to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases because of lower cortisol
there are other things like Qigong and even yoga that seem to reduce stress.

Also you should know that just living long isn't really great when your body get's worse by the year being 90 years old doesn't really sound appealing to me when you're in constant pain
or get alzheimers or other illnesses. Maybe science will have a fix for this when we're that old, let's hope !

I think getting out from the bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol will definitely helpful for you to live long life and eating healthy fruits also helpful to improve health condition for a better position.

The book of proverb in the Bible chapter 3 explains how we can live long by what we do. I will encourage you to read that whole chapter to understand what is the wisdom for longer living.
