What I'm trying to ask is would you use that type of store with your crpyto (maybe that store accepts more crypto not only BTC) or you see crypto only as an asset that will provide you more fiat money in the future?

Most peoples' answer to this depends on how long they've been in crypto.
If I was a brand new arrival absolutely not. Why would you? There are options that are non volatile and less hassle. Obtaining your crypto would've been a grind.
If you're sitting on a pile of free gains then why not? Time to realise them by buying some junk.
The latter are in a minority so I don't think any such place would thrive. And most of the time the existing places like this charge you more money for the honour of paying with crypto with much worse choice. I'd never take a shittier deal because of some sentimental attachment to my payment method and anyone who does is a numpty.

I appreciate your opinion. But I'm curious would you say for yourself that at this point of time crypto represents only an asset for you?

I'm happy to spend a bit of it because it's become a valuable asset to me. I may as well make use of some of the value that has accumulated. I guess that means it's still primarily an asset to me and not a currency.

There are already thousands of stores that accept Bitcoin. You can buy tickets, clothes, electronics, internet providers. You can even buy Amazon products using a third-party site. But the only continuing case of buying and selling a product using Bitcoin is DarkWeb drug dealing. That is, a business like this will only continue if there is a great advantage over using the fiat for both parties.

Of course I would. I'd rather trust myself with my money than Paypal or any Credit cards. Cryptocurrency could be the ultimate tool to create a worldwide open market. And this is going to happen sooner as people are being aware how insanely they are charging us for using our own money.

To be honest no, not that i don't like to use crypto to buy stuff, i used to do so by using bitcoin debit cards to buy from amzaon and ebay, but probably such sites will probably be much more expensive than other stores and also they would not have a variety of items and option such as the ones that don't accept crypto, and probably if a site was going to accept crypto it will accept bitcoin and most of the bitcoin community are holders and don't want to spend their bitcoin, and other cryptos are still not viable enough to be used for payments on websites.

Sure I will, this is a opportunity to circulate my cryptocurrencies ,for this reason maybe the altcoins will have functions and not just for holding and for speculative purposes And also this will prove that it’s not only bitcoin who has a value, but all of the legitimate coins for they are created with same purpose and that s to help people around the globe

If you think of it @gentlemand is right, you might probably be happy that it came the time that they accept it. But the truth is that you would be skeptical to use it. Especially if have not done it before on other merchants.

it will 100% depend on trust because bitcoin does not have a charge back so when i see a store that only accepts bitcoin i have to first be able to trust that store not to be a scam. and so far i have seen some stores that were "like" Amazon but they weren't that trusted. but if it was indeed trusted, then my answer is yes and i have used some in the past.
but if i wanted to see something new, i would prefer something "not-like" Amazon because Amazon is centralized and that design doesn't match bitcoin's decentralized nature. so i would prefer to see a decentralized marketplace instead. and that already exist too and it is called Open Bazaar

If it's convenient and if doesn't require an expensive fee, then I would use it but if it will cost too much fee and inconvenience, I would rather use fiat to purchase goods. These days, Bitcoin to hold and to invest rather than spending. It still depends on how we value it.

There are ways you can use your cryptocurrency to pay for goods at amazon already. This crypto payment processing company purchases goods using the lightning network as described here https://www.coindesk.com/you-can-now-shop-with-bitcoin-on-amazon-using-lightningThen there is purse.io which uses a third party to connect cryptocurrency payments for these goods using giftcards at a discount. They have been around for a while now.

Well if Amazon or Ebay really accept bitcoin, then i will use it. I usually use amazon when buying something online, so it's a benefit for me if Amazon accepting bitcoin. It would be good though if that is really happened, pretty sure many bitcoin users will use bitcoin too if both sites accepting bitcoin.

It all depends on what benefits could I get if I use this site or online store . Because there are other online store that would give an option that pays COD and if I use Bitcoin it means I would pay before the shipment be deliver , And there is a problem about it sometimes it could be a scam because they could sent you a false item and here in the Philippines it always happens so that is why I only choose COD when shopping online.

I would use it but not all the time. It depends on what is available to be spent. In retrospect, if amazon or ebay decide to accept crypto, it would cause a huge pump and is also a huge step for adoption.

To be honest, I would hesitate to use BTC in buying stuff on online stores at this point. I still do not have that much that I can spend freely. If I get more profit, then I would be more willing.

It all depends on the amount of fee that we would face on ordering at some online store like that, For example we all know that there would always be a shipping fee and of course we are talking about crypto so there would be a transaction fee. So why would I use my crypto if it would cost more than just paying with Fiat?

Shipping fee is only normal on an online shopping sites . Usually you will incure a higher shipping cost if your from a province area but the transaction fee will always be dependable on the price of cryptos . The lower the cryptos value the lower the fees and the higher the cryptos value the fee will also be higher . Online shopping is not for all especially if you a budget person , you will always find online items expensive than on local .

The problem is that most of those websites that sell different stuff for crypto are generally selling garbage. Not really garbage but the range of the stuff they sell gonna be such small that I won't eventhink about looking for such websites. There is no sense in searching for a new crypto amazon until the old one would start accepting cryptocurrencies.

I think such webshops are future. In general people would like to have the place with large spectrum of goods where they could spend their coins because people like the feeling that Bitcoin actually have the use in real life. The problem for merchants and for buyers as well is volatility. When there will be some solution that could overcome that, shops accepting cryptocurrency would become normal.
