It's usually better to work  with professional. You probably won't have problems with a manager that is trusted by the community.

You can always send me a message here or telegram @rijaljun if you need a help to post an announcement thread since this forum doesn't allow newbie account to post images. It's free, but I can't help design the materials. I will post it after review the project as I don't want people think I'm supporting a fishy project.

Wow,  that's cool, NGO is now coming into the crpyto space, adoption is really growing.

With regards to what you are looking for, I think that is just an easy job since it's just making a thread for your announcement.
I think it will gain more attention if you will move that to services.

If you need a campaign management then as it was already mentioned you can just pick one of the trusted bounty managers. It seems like they are not charging high fees nowadays.
But if under "help with announcement" you mean only ANN thread without anything else then you better do it by yourself. You just need to get a Copper Mamber rank so you could post images.
