Well I most certainly did not cheat. They never made the claim that I cheated and they never made the claim that I violated TOS. I think that type of comparison is not helpful.  Overall I lost money with my betting.  Then I lost a fortune when they embezzled my funds. Why they chose to refund one of my accounts with a bonus, but lock me out and stonewall me on my other account, I don't know.  All I can do is speculate on that, because they refused all attempts at communication after dealing with the first issue. I will take whatever steps are need to collect however.

The law firm cooperating with Game Protect is willing to enforce it on a no cure no pay basis or if you wish also on a hourly rate basis.


I *will* be taking whatever steps I need to to collect.
