I think that the pump altcoins will happen in the next couple of months, or rather not later than July. Therefore, if you really want to make money, it is better now to buy altcoins and place orders for sale. I think that everything will happen very quickly and paired with BTC profit will not catch as easy as paired with USD.

Are you talking about the short pump or the long pump, if you are talking about the short pump which is already happening because we can see that some coins always follow bitcoin in its increase and majority of these coins are the top altcoins, but the general altcoins that will touch all altcoins is bound to happen towards next year and not this year.

Bitcoin has to go sideways first before they can all pump, bitcoin sideways cannot happen this year because we still have lots of increase to see in bitcoin before it can then start consolidating for other altcoins to start pumping in price.

A good way to debug a day. But there is no guarantee that when you need the money you can get the same amount that you invested. Too many risks for such a way. With this approach, it would be better to spend more money and buy in the field. Than every month to buy bitcoin.

I agree if bitcoin rises some more in the next few months it can definitely trigger a bull run for the alt-market but for now its time to start accumulating the potential coins IMO.

Slot of persons has always predicted recently that the altcoin will be left out in the forthcoming bull run but I think they are wrong. It's just a matter of time many altcoin will join the market movement and moon again and hope Bitcoin retains it's price

Yep, you are right and it's a normal situation because people start investing their profit from BTC to altcoins and I think this will happen again if we see the same rally this year and after 2020 when halving of BTC will take place.

It's likely that this can happen and the current market situation is like in 2017, for example the price of Ethereum starts at $ 300 in the middle of the year.  If this condition is like that then chances are that the altcoin price will rise dramatically, but this situation is very difficult for us to predict whether the altcoin will pump or dump.  I think we should be more careful to look at crypto price charts to determine whether to buy or sell it.
