Programming a new market indicator

I'm a developer in AI, thinking of offering a few market indicators for different coins.

While I could just program them as an API or on my own web-dashboard, I am wondering how to best code them.

If they work well, I could offer these on some of the platforms, e.g. crypthopper for a small subscription fee.

My question to you is:

For traders:
- are there any indicators (e.g. advanced time series analysis, news sentiment analysis, etc.) that you lack

For developers:
- is there a language typically used for this? I couldn't find any documentation on the internet. No fixed way in which to offer these indicators/strategies? Even cryptohopper did not really offer info.
