Hello, I would like to know if the stex.com is scam. I can not access my account after allowing only one IP (My ISP changed the IP after a local network failure), I contacted the chat support, they requested to contact via email, but so far I have not gotten a response. Chat support only repeats the same message: Send your data via email and ask to disable "Allow Logins via IPs". I'm already out of patience. 3 days and still did not respond to my email.

Sounds like this was your fault? You enabled an option that blocks every IP other than X and you changed your IP (regardless of if it was intentional or was your ISP's fault)... Looks like they are just doing what they have been told to do.

So, you already emailed them with your data and request to disable the IP option? If that's the case, 3 days doesn't seem like a lot of time to call them a scam.

I dont know is STEX.COM scam or not, but they blocked withdrowal for me answering that
"You have been blocked for withdrawal through suspicious activity. Please pass the verification in our system."
Realy??? Depositing mined coins, trading it to BTC and withdrawing BTC is suspicious activity at crypto exchange? At twitter STEX.COM previously claimed
"You need verification just if you want to deposit or withdraw fiat currencies (for depositing/withdrawing crypto you don't need to verify your account)"
twitter com StexExchangeR/status/1036983334105165824
Now they took my BTC, should I give them also my ID, address, selfie with ID and video recording of yourself saying that I trust my personal data to STEX.COM, that is the question.

So, you sent them what they requested and they still did nothing? Or you didn’t because you don’t trust them with your data? If it’s the first, then it looks like it could be a scam. But unfortunately I don’t know what we can do to help you. It could even be a excuse to get your coins in case you don’t want to comply with their requests (which is pretty shady).

Do you know if they have an account here?

Do you know if they have an account here?

I sent my document, a picture of me holding a paper with "Stex" next to my document, the estimated amount of coins, and the CoinIMP.com transaction history for my account. They also ask for video, but before sending it, I asked if I could send it in my language. They did not respond to the email and the chat said that it had not arrived. I proved that I had sent and responded with: "Dear User
Please prove that you are the owner of this account. "
I made a screenshot of the page that shows the code for the 2FA, I sent as proof to them.

I do not want your help and I know that no one can help me, I'm just reporting a fraud (would you prefer more people to fall into a fraud?). If you want to say something obvious, ok but not on my topic.

I recently tested BiteBTC with a small amount on WebChain.  It was a fraud already reported in the forum and in groups on Facebook. If the blow was not reported on the forum, I would have deposited all my coins there.

Im just trying to help you. You don’t have to pull the passive aggressive card.

But great! Everybody is now warned! Thank you for your service, sir. Maybe lock the thread to avoid more “obvious” stuff? Wink

That could be the reason, they have an option like that in your personal dashboard when I'm still in Azart campaign I sold all my coins in that exchange after I verified my account I did not face any hassle depositing, trading and withdrawing my coins. everything is easy and hassle-free.

I tried this with my 2FA code and now they are sending a tutroial about using 2FA, and I just want to have access to my account, but I can not have it because I'm blocked by IP. They are sending me the automatic answers, it's the same attendant, and the guy does not look at the history of the conversation?

Is there a possibility that you access it from the IP that you've used that is not yet blocked or use another IP you can try to message them in their other social media channel if you keep receiving the same message, or a telegram channel  I'm sure they have one, most exchange has one.

the stex.com is sure scam first when it was the step token ico they sold themselves stex tokens other that real stex .  The stex token from stex.com use to pay good dividends until one day that the team sold all the stex tokens end disable them before 2 years end until now all the money that was invested in stex is frozen disabled lost! Personally I have make many transactions with them they was always withdraw . Take one other example yobit.exchange is matter of luck if your founds will be withdrawal.are the alt coins that you buy you can withdraw them to your wallet . Why they sell scam fake tokens with only one propose is to steal money

I have used Stex in the past to trade Absolute (ABS). I never had issues with deposits/withdraws but I never trade large amounts at once on 'shitcoin' exchanges.

I cannot confirm this. I've used them quite a few times to sell mined or staked shitcoins, deposits always arrived fast and withdrawals were close to instant. Maybe I just got lucky with my withdrawals, but my experience does not confirm this at all. Smiley

extremely fair playing exchange (for me). failing withdraws are reviewed by them automatically, and one day later one can try again (on all other exchanges I have to investigate). They announce the change of their legel terms at the turn of the year, and let users withdraw their funds. This is quite the opposite of a lot of other scam exchanges like bittrex.

After they made their change I recommend them as non anonymous change, an alternative to the nice kraken exchange.
