Has anyone taking some of the capital gains from bitcoin and invested it into commercial real estate? Right now you can invest in opportunity zones, which defer your capital gains taxes 10 years. You don't pay any additional capital gains tax on your gains from the investment in an opportunity zone fund.

It sounds interesting and might be a great way to park some gains for a few years.
