If Thule's lawyer contacts me I will publicly apologize for saying his lawyer was imaginary. Until then he deserves all the ridicule he gets. "prepubescent" seems about right except you applied it incorrectly. Most people grow out of threatening with imaginary "defenders" around that age so Thule sounds very much "prepubescent".

Not sure what transpired while I was on vacation, but Thule started two threads about my Red Paint ^TM on his/her trust wall, so I guess I may as well follow this thread and have a laugh at Thule's expense.

Since the deadline expired and suchmoon didn't removed her abusiv negative feedbacks i contacted my law company in CA to confirm that we will go forward now.
We decided we will open a "trade libel" against suchmoon.
I will forward to my laywer this week all evidences i collected over the time and also proof i had financial loss because of that defamation and will push them hard to make it happen next week.
Since i know people will ask which imaginary lawyer i hired its Syverson, Lesowitz & Gebelin .

On a side note.Since it seems people are concerned about my possible expenses for that lawsuite.I won't pay a penny.My company has a legal expenses insurance for some years now which i never had to use which also covers "trade liabel" lawsuite costs.If you want to know which insurance it is its called "HUK" .

And no i didn't choosed the keyword you posted but something similar.

And i didn't picked them because they were on the first page (actually they were on page 3 on my choosen keywords) but because i phoned with several lawyers talking about their know how in a case like ours and decided to go with Gebelin since he clearly knows how to proceed.

The US has a bit of an issue with lawyers, in reality you can always find a lawyer who will accept you fiat for any crazy law suit you want to bring...

I think there is a 0% chance the retard has anything other than his imagination but I don't think it would be that hard to find a lawyer willing to take his money!

On a side note if Thule is really planning to file a libel case againt the DT members he would clearly lose, one critical aspect in libel cases is to show proof that the defamer (DT members who have tagged Thule) is telling a lie to damage his reputation here in the forum but clearly the tags are on point especially when Lesbian Cow tagged him because he is offering up money to buy information about TMAN. Other than that with 13 persons involve this would be a legal mess specially if your only motive it to remove red trust from your account. Good thing that the DT members stand their ground and didn't budge with the lawsuit case.

I will not be removing my negative trust.

If you are going to sue me for libel I suggest you contact Smartpaymint as they are threatening the same and perhaps you can save on legal fees via a sharing agreement.  I have already given smartpaymint the contact information for my solicitor.

Wasn't Thule's reasoning that the forum shows him as scammer to visitors who aren't logged in?
I don't really see why that would matter anyway, a random nickname on a random forum could literally by anybody.
