1)  how do I know it is him
2) no ban list is a problem I have no access to it if there is one.
3) I don't think I can take BTC to help him and be ethical  so I mentioned it in my reply
4) would love to see what he did.
5) he posts often and has made more the 100,000usd  in good sales to forum people
6) I found this post which he clearly states he is the escrow for the sale. And pretty much means no intention to plagiarize of course I don't know if this was the 'bad' post.
7) if it is this post the bot failed and marked him as a plagiarist

I have multiple problems here as bittawm has handled over 100,000usd in good gear sales in the last few years and never robbed anyone.

I can't find a ban list to see if it is true or a clever con

I have no idea how to address the complaint

and bittawm certainly has helped a lot of people buy gear.

I suspect if it is real  it could be this post ..  and it was flagged for plagarism   which to me is clearly not his intent.

That is a bot fail

If you look at what both threads are doing they are simply selling   a product.

And while I am anti plagiarism.  It is obvious he is not passing off that info as his own.   It is more or less a statement of fact as I read the info.

Are we doing a lot of bans like this one?

neither one claimed it to be   their creation.

  I don't see it as plagrism I see what was done as  a bot fail to distinguish  both people were repeating facts.
