https://www.bitmex.com/

Margin trading can give out enormous profits but as usual it do have a higher risk so its not recommended for everyone.
Make yourself better first on manual before jumping to this field.

I did have the same experience on first try out on margin trading but it isnt really easy as it sounds.Blowing up your capital would really be easy if you dont know on what you are doing.

If you are margin trading make sure you know what you are doing or 99% of the time you will be liquidated. With that being said, I like deribit.com

Not at all, I don't like margin trading. Is very risky for me . Such trader has to be very vigilant and careful all the time not to feel you have all the capital to use the way you like.

Personally, I'm not into this kind of trading as you need to have deeper understanding of every current events that will give you some good hints when to place your target entry and exit positions, I'm not that good anticipating what market will bring, and aside from that there's also high volatility which adding the hardness of building good strategy patterns.

No I don't. If you trade like most people do, it is more like gambling than like trading. And that is why those people lose there money.

Where do you trade margin??

Like the others mentioned most of the people trade on Bitmex. The reason being Bitmex has very high liquidity. But it has many disadvantages. If you can live with the disadvantages, there is no better place for margin trading.

When there is high risk involved no one would try to take risk and check that.

So better you could take own decision while you are looking to do the margin trading now. You check Bitmax and try it if you wish.

But fact there is possibilities to make lumsum fund as well.

I find a margin trading risky so I would choose to trade in a normal way that I used to do. It's better not to complicate trading and do it the usual way rather than putting too much risk that could increase its risk. In the normal way of trading, you only have to do it the easiest way and as long as you're doing it well, you'll earn a good profit.

Do you prefer margin trading??
Where do you trade margin??
I personally don't, and not willing to do so for now. I'm aware there are a lot platforms that provide margin trading, let me mention Bitmex, PrimeXBT and Kraken. If I decide to do margin trading, I would choose Bitmex since you can leverage until 200x (as far as i know). But it's too risky for me, I ain't an expert and don't want to take much risk for now. So, I prefer normal trading than margin one.

I know the risk of margin trading and the high chance of gaining a good profit that it offers but it didn't work for me personally.
Since then, I have been careful and try to do trading with my own strategy. It's better if we have our own control and technic in trading.

Margin trading is not recommended, it is better to use non-margin trading so that you can take hold positions more easily.  Because margin trading will force you to really have to have good money management to avoid margin calls.

My first margin trading on futures at okex wiped out all my accounts. I learnt a painful lesson of not using a huge leverage to trade. It is not recommended for beginners. You can only margin trade if you know direction of the coin you are trading; that seems impossible sometimes. But I think with proper strategy in place some traders can make it work for them.

Do you prefer margin trading??
Where do you trade margin??

I love margin trading. It helps me keep coins off exchanges while being able to hedge USD value during downtrends. During bubbles, I also love trading long on the 1m-15m charts.

I never use more than 10x leverage though, and that's reserved for very specific occasions. With normal swing trades, I prefer 2.5-3x leverage.

Bitmex is the main place these days, but I'm excited to see Binance roll out margin trading. It's currently in beta. I don't like margin trading alts (too much volatility) but I'd be happy to margin trade BTC/USDC.

I don't suggest to new people to do margin trading because that will be too risky for them.
It is better to trade with the usual exchanges like binance, bittrex, or poloniex and let them familiar with the exchange and they can learn the basics of trading first before they start to do margin trading.
Margin trading will need more skills to predict where the price wants to go, and it's not easy to do that without having the proper skills.
So maybe you need to trade on the website I mention first and while you can learn more about trading.

I use either Deribit or Bitmex. I know some people use Deribit over Bitmex because there aren't overloads there as often mostly because less people use Deribit compared to Bitmex, but I've had my account for quite some time on Bitmex and that's my choice for margin trading. Deribit's essentially the same thing as Bitmex with less volume and a different-looking layout. You also don't need to submit KYC on either exchange, though do note both exchanges do prohibit people in the United States from using the site by using IP detection. VPNs can help you circumvent this, but that's all at your own risk.

Okay i can see mose people here don't like margin trading because of liquidation, and also because of the high risk.
I can understand that some seem margin trading is a gambling, i'm agree and disagree with that, lack of fundamental management and experience will lead trading into gambling.
I will share about my experience about margin trading and fundamental management. Cheesy

I've been into margin trading for two years. So far, so good. I've learning some fundamental and technical analysis that can be further used in margin trading. Liquidation is far away if you'll use smaller leverage. The higher the leverage the higher the chance that you'll being liquidate. Anyway, margin trading is not advisable for a newbie. Gather all the needed knowledge and when you feel you are ready to become a margin trader, there's nothing wrong if you'll try it.

Anyway, I'm into bitmex since I've started. There are so many tutorials in youtube on how to margin trade in bitmex. Here is the helpful
 link.
