I also think that it isn't good to invest in an ICO projects right now because most of them are just scam .
But I haven't tried IEO yet but I think they are pretty much the same but it always comes down to DYOR.
Most of us already lose confidence in the ICO's because of the huge lost that we had back in 2018 .

i am not professional or expert on cryptocurrency ICO project, can't even find which the best or good ico to invest by my self, so far i just choose ico project on website rate ico. although most of them getting paid to get good score but for me it better to select better option

After the bear market since 2018 and ICO scams, people lost faith so much including myself. I think just like you said , IEO are being invested on now. We are now seeing bnb growth.

if we want to invest again on ico or IEO, maybe binance launch pad will be main choice to do this.we know on few days again binance will launch harmony IEO.and this is will be great projects for us , and should invest on it.based on history binance launch pad produce profitable IEO.

I voted option number two, I have been into a lot of bounty campaign and invested to some ICO but after all my experiences with these ICO I'm still having a hard time, figuring out if the project I'm in is a good project with good potential, sometimes I end up sorry for the time and money I've invested in these ICO's.

when you want to choose a good project (2) important things should be considered. The team developing the project and the solution they want to solve if they don't have any solution to solve please run. lastly, the team must be conpetent and the project should have a prototype.

First of all why anyone want to invest in ICO?
All of us looking for profit, some of us looking to be a rich, but is that possible? my first time i deal with BTC when the price was at $250, at this time i thought this price is too high to invest,   i  sold  all BTC   around $300.
Nowadays a lot coins forked from BTC, a lot of token lurched every day, but we have a chance to get profit from a good project if we choose the project carefully.
off course it is very difficult but the chance still exist

I am investigating a new promising project now. Also, new exchanges which are promising and has good opportunities. I found Prixbit exchange and Tokenroll IEO now.

Prixbit is a new exchange. They are trying to create something great. I'll make an investment (firstly small) and try the platform.
And Tokenroll is a new Dapps which works with Tron network. It is a gambling dapp. Their IEO has just begun.

First and foremost make sure the team is legit and verify all people behind the project. If you find anything suspicious about them or even a single faked picture forget about it.
Even if the project is promising it won't matter if the team consists of even a single scammer or liar. They will destroy it or their past will be used by competitors to discredit the project.
