Just a small question but what is a raffle is out or auction and BTC has been send to the OP, or bids have been made or .....
And the OP gets a temporarily ban or perma ban ??
Just saw bill gator has a ban and a pizza raffle, I didn't yet paid, but what if it would be paid by few members?
If they get pissed and leave then you are probably out the money unfortunately. If you are conservative just ask to use an escrow they should have no problem accepting one unless it's for a small amount. Most of the reputable people here even if banned would follow through with repayment, many of the people in here have met up or regularly hang out.
