Best exchanges to list with votes?

I help a project.
ERC20
Listed at coinmarketcap and some exchanges.

Project don't have alot funds for listing.

But we hope for more exchanges like all other project do.

I could use a few links for exchanges where listing for free if people vote for the project to list.

You have Huobi Global and also KuCoin which does competitions periodically. Both exchanges are big, so I would only recommend them If you have a very strong user base because I believe voting require buying the exchange's token and lock/use it.
