New Bounty

Hi, I want to create a new altcoin bounty thread but Im afraid of breaking the rules.   Should I buy advertisingcredits first?   

Anybody who knows please respond, mrep did not answer my dm.

AFAIK, adscredits aren't always needed to create a new bounty thread. You just need to understand all pinned threads in bounties+meta section and then start posting.
If you wanna issue general bounty tasks (no special task), you can find several references to bounty thread that have been created by other bounty managers.
