Anyone uses wireless HDMI

I have a monitor and a keyboard.

The keyboard (with touchpad) is wireless already.

The monitor is not wireless yet. I need a 5m cable to connect the rig with the monitor.

I wonder if anyone uses wireless HDMI instead? Does that really work? I want the computer and the monitor to be able to behave as if it's using the 5 m cable?

i do not think anyone in here uses wireless hdmi
there is no product that i know which has positive reviews for wireless hdmi
and 5m is too long distance for transferring hdmi signals without distortion
remote desktop clients are what most uses here to access their rigs
but a 5m cable is not that expensive $19

I'm not sure about that but I was following someone from youtube that uses wifi smart plug that makes me able to control my mining rig through my phone and it's working very well.
But I'm sure if that will work consider what you need to sync it.
I just agree with someone above to use RDP but it's not wrong to try too.

I think there will be few such experimenters.
Currently, wireless HDMI is not transmitted efficiently. No one wants to pay a lot of money for poor quality, when even RDP can cost less.

Wireless HDMI if it actually exist must surely be more expensive compare to the cost of 5 m cable and it can't be stable.
I think the time for that idea have not come yet.

The permissible length of the cable is 10 meters. Yes indeed the longer the cable the more distortion. But he won't be watching a movie. To control the mining is quite acceptable quality on the screen.

Unless you are willing to expend some cash for the sake of experimenting fuzzy gadgets that have a very low probability of working, I would definitely advise to go for the 5m old school cable...
Grab the price difference and buy yourself some alts

Like many video, audio and data cables, HDMI cords can suffer from signal degradation at longer lengths—50 feet is generally considered the maximum reliable length.A HDMI connection with a 5 meter good quality HDMI cable should be ok, without any issues.
