I won only $20 worth of crypto and they refused my withdraw because they said I created multiple accounts.  Only account I ever had and my first test run with this casino and they fuck me over.  Well fuck you bitcoincasino.io scam, guess im sticking with stake.com , you had you chance, congrats, you lost a big spender.

Give us some proof. Anyone who was caught using multiple accounts would probably say the same thing like you, so if you're serious with this accusation, the proof is mandatory.

You should post more info, screenshot transactions etc.

Keep in mind is hard for a casino to put their reputation at risk for 20$, everything can be but is a low amount.

If you break casino rules then you break them & it’s tough luck. How many accounts did you have there?

Bitcasino.io are not going to risk their business over a measly $20 so I’m sure this will be resolved unless you have got multiple accounts. In which case you’ve broken T&C’s & why should you get the winnings?

Still he didn't provided his username yet for BitcoinCasino to check through his case. Though I agree that the discussion should be public.

And that amount too coming out from promotions likely. I think he most likely played the free spin promotions and you know how free spin promotions are abused.

OP please add more details so that case could be resolved easily. On the other hand you could reply on their ANN thread, perhaps you will get quick solution. Likely they  are new and I don't think they will make trouble on their business just for small amount of btc.

However since Bitcoincasino replied on this accusation so hope they will resolved it shortly.
