I checked more than 2hundred posts with google translator
and know that, the guys from china from time to time are launching new altcoin exchange site using very similar in features (almost the same) software
I found someone who selling something like that here

i dont think its a good idea to buy an exchangge,since its easy for someone hack in the site and got all the users money,and i know a site whom just buy it and it been hacked and lost all its money.
