So i talk to admin, admin told me "can i give you 50% of deposit bonus"? I said NO I ONLY WANT FULL AMOUNT, then he say 50% or 0%. Tufkcing bullshit scammer. So i went on moon3d his group and I told people, this guy is not givnig proper deposit bonus. THEN HE BANS ME FROM GROUP, BLOCKS ME EVERYWHERE. This is a lie(!!!!). You were NOT eligible for the bonus, you came to me with lies and demanded unreasonably. You spammed our chat in a very immature way. You behaved in a very derogatory manner to our community.

IF you were more mature, IF you were more reasonable, IF you were more appreciative -- THEN I would've partially credited you the bonus even if the Promo was for those who received the email only.

The fact that you're spreading lies here is disgraceful.

I don't understand how disagreement regarding a bonus makes them a scammer. If they are not giving a proper bonus then did they scammed your money? I can understand why they had the bonus opened for only those who received email.

I've had a similar experience with Moon3D. I'll try to articulate what happened in a better way.

The terms are clear cut. Four terms, and once you complete them, you get the 50% deposit bonus. As you can see, nowhere in the email is a meta statement made that only a small subset of people are eligible for the bonus. I myself own a large Discord group and I shared this email with several people. There is no term whatsoever, no fifth term, that states that "only players who received the email are eligible for the bonus".

Moon3D has a history. I won't get into this further as the articles are out there, but as we speak, Moon3D is lying about the house edge on their site, which is not 1.5% but in fact much higher; almost double. It follows that if they cheat you in one way, they'll probably cheat you in another. Another extremely funny thing (visible in the screenshot) is where the admins try to actually justify pirating someone else's software and thus their hard work, which they should have paid for.

They're trying to cheap out and cut their losses when they know they're in the wrong. A friend of mine, PerchFucksAllo, who didn't receive the email, was credited 50% of the bonus as well. Of course, if the email clause actually existed, it would have been easy to say "sorry, you're not eligible, fuck off!", but the fact that they are actually paying out half of the bonus shows that they know they fucked up and they're trying to pay as little as possible. Obviously, they are well aware that the right and fair thing to do in this scenario is pay out the bonuses to everyone who met the terms, but they're hoping they can get away with half. They can't.

I hope that the admins see reason and credit the people fairly this time. From next time, just send out the email with all the terms you want to include -- don't tack on stuff later. That'd be my advice. I've even offered kxu1005 my proofreading services free of charge to look over their next email and close any nebulous terms.

There was a reason we sent out the email to the selected few. You received the email -> we credited you a fat bonus (unprecedented) without any issue! But as you pointed out, there was no terms saying it's limited to those who received the email -> I understood where you're coming from -> decided to meet the case in the middle.

As for the house edge, explained multiple times but our bonus schemes allow a pretty dynamic house edge. Can't really nail it / put us down by saying, without ANY bonuses our edge is double the alleged 1.5%.

Let me provide some data points here.

If you cash out at 1.25x with a 5% bonus -> your edge is actually 0.595238% rigged TOWARDS you, beating our edge.
If you cash out at 2x with a 10% bonus -> your edge is actually 1.86567% rigged TOWARDS you, beating our edge.

So it DOES really depend on how you play the game. Hence unlike other crash games where things are usually a sliding scale from 0% to 1% or so, ours has a bigger variance, could go to negative.

The maximum house edge for any given player is 3%, ignoring the bonus. This should be advertised, as it is for all other sites. EtherCrash advertises their maximum edge as 1%, but you advertise your max edge as 1.5% which is extremely misleading. I'll handle this topic another day though, I'm building a thread for that.

For now, please credit my friend PerchFucksAllo and the other people you've scammed with the fair promised bonus, make a public apology, and be sure to send out emails with proper, comprehensive terms next time.

Did you get your funds back and your account reinstated? According to StackGambler, several people should have already been funded.

Anyways, this case should be quite clear cut. The fact that there were no explicitly stating or addressing the recipient alone should have indicated that this isn't just some promo that is limited to a few people, let alone the fact that there were no ToS stating this at all.

Yeah magneto, I'm inclined to agree with you on all fronts.

In my video, I brought up four major issues: the faked max profit, the fake bonuses (this thread), the piracy of bustabit code and the misrepresentation of the house edge. After I made my original thread about the fake max profit, the issue was fixed. After I published the video about the fake house edge and the fake bonuses, my friend and another user who was originally supposed to be credited was credited. Also, after the video, the house edge was updated from the misleading "< 1.5%" to "-3% to 3%", which is still misleading but a good improvement.

I'm not a fan of the fact that Moon3D seems to only fix very important issues when they are called out on it, but oh well, not like they'll fix it themselves. As for CryptoIndian, he has told me on Discord that he has still been IP banned from the site and he has not been credited his bonus. Let's see what happens. I'm not at all happy with the way Moon3D is handling this, and if they continue to blatantly rip off users, I'll do anything in my power to stop it from continuing. But I also believe that all's well that ends well. Let's see.
