Author Topic: Cloudbet Scam - Account Blocked for Over a Year!!  (Read 484 times)

Hello everybody,

Cloudbet has blocked my account for id verification for more than a year now,after i request a withdrawal of only 1BTC!

I dont have any screenshots of my account balance,never tought i would need them,but i have the emails asking me to confirm my withdrawal and the live chat transcripts.

This is the timeline:

On 2018-04-17 ive made a request to withdrawal 1.031 BTC that ive won on a multiple bet.

On 2018-04-18 my withdrawal was still not complete so i tried to enter my account to verify the problem.I tried but got stuck on the 2FA page.Asked for help on the live chat and discovered that my account had been blocked for verification purposes.I received an email with the list of documents needed and proceed to send them.

Since then no updates at all.Tried contact by email but no answer,and on live chat all they say is that  "there is no answer from our Player Safety Team at the moment".Last time ive tried was on 19/05/19.

Really its is reasonable to take more than one year to verify my ID?I didint take any bonus or offers,just bet my own money and won,i didint won much(to Cloudbet,to me its a LOT!),its only 1 BTC.I dont see the reason for all this time "investigating" me. I can send anything to prove them who i am,thats not a problem at all,but this situation got to be resolved.I want my winnings,its only fair!!

Dont know if you guys can help me...If not,i guess i will have to file a complaint with the Curaçao eGaming.Not sure if its going to help either

We have seen several issues and these kind of scam against cloudbet but in my knowledge most of them were resolved, even the one with 330BTC. I suggest you to contact in their ANN topic and seek attention of Cloudbet.

I do not think team Ronnie is going to scam you only for 1 BTC. You will have your money back if everything bring out with enough evidence.

Do you mind bringing more information like deposit tx etc?

Yes,thats why i decided to make this post,i saw that other issues were resolved.So i hope they are not scaming me.

I was trusting to resolve the matter.Obviously they are not,and  i really dont know how to make them at least tell me what the problem is,since they dont answer my emails...I took all this time to make this public because i really never believed they would refuse to pay me 1btc but time went by and now its been a year...i dont have nothing to hide,like i said,i can send them whatever they want to prove who i am...

Why did it take this much time to come up with an accusation, what was your cloudbet user name and wait for the team to respond for the reason for holding back your account, you have to provide some details regarding that, they will not scam for a single bitcoin as they are in this market for a long time and as far as i know they have sorted every accusation they had.

In the mean time do you have your username and other stuffs like email address that was used to create the account? If you have then have them ready. You may need them.

Well,the problem is,they are refusing to pay me the single btc one way or the other...i dont think they are scammers,but they acting like they are.

Ive sent everything they ask for,a year ago,and waited,everytime i talk to Molly on live chat,i accepeted her answer and waited...well i am tired of waiting,thats why i started this topic.Hopefully they will respond now,at least give me an update on the situation and a reason for this to be taking this long...

You need to be 100% correct about the username and the email. Dig the email to find the info they sent after registration or any other emails. You may find the correct username.

So far no answer.Everytime is the same,you guys say that someone will get in touch as soon as possible,and no one does.

Ronnie from cloudbet seems like a nice enough guy but why does Cloudbet always have accusations against them when a large amount of btc is won.  Seems like they are very hesitant to let anyone withdraw big wins but at least this guy got his money out eventually.
