If you are not worried about the aesthetic look of your mining rig, then you can even use fans for the PC case. You can install them instead of standard GPU fans using clamps. The main thing is to choose more powerful fans.

There are different choices. If you need the same fans - the best choice is Aliexpress. When Gigabyte fans costed $20 per kit - i bought it for $6.
If it doesnt matter - all that you want. Last time i preffer fans for servers - Delta with different modifications. They really fast but noise.

I don't think you are an American or live in America because of your English and if this is not the case, why not just use Aliexpress, you will be able to get things cheaper there and even get free shipping though this may take some days before it arrive but it worth it.

I think you can repair the fan without replacing a new GPU and you can just remove the fan and disassembly then put some lubricate oil to the tip of the fan and the hole just make sure to clean them all first before you put lubricate.

This is what I'm doing if my GPU fan stuck or slow spinning.

Or if it's totally dead you can use the CPU fan if you have old CPU that you don't use for a long time you can use it if you don't want to spend more.
