I don't get it.....
The NFC is on the COA? shouldn't it be on the coin?
Do they come assembled? or are they DIY coins? your pictures here versus the website give 2 different impressions on how they come.......
The NFC Chip is in the recessed area on the back of the coin, it is a special "anti-metal" NFC chip that still works when in contact with metal, the hologram is applied on top and a minikey printed on paper in between, so when the hologram is peeled off if ever, you can see the minikey and input it on
https://carsenk.github.io offline to get your full private key. The NFC Chip only has the Denarius address URI stored on it.
They will be typically shipped assembled with a minikey and nfc chip/hologram applied, if you want to receive one as DIY, simply request it!
The COA does not contain NFC and only has a QR Code linking to the Denarius Minikey Converter/Generator.
A denarius (plural denarii) is an ancient Roman coin made of silver. Like most countries, ancient Roman coins represented a portion of a larger denomination. The smallest denomination issued at the time was the as (plural asses). A denarius functioned similarly to the United States penny in today's commerce. It was originally equal to 10 asses, hence its name means "containing ten", although its value and silver content decreased through the centuries of Rome's existence. At first, a denarius contained an average of 4.5 grams or 1/72 of a Roman pound of silver. By the end of its useful lifetime, the Roman emperor reduced its content to an average of 3 grams. The denarius was struck from approximately 211BC during the Second Punic War to 244AD.
You can store your "Denarius" there, l...good luck with that. Is the coin even made from silver?
https://denarius.ioThese are physical NFC cold storage coins for the cryptocurrency I founded two years ago called Denarius (D). "Denarii" is our Discord/Twitter bot and one of our mascots, also our version of "Satoshis"
These coins are silver plated, not pure silver. They are limited edition and sequentially numbered with a custom Denarius hologram. They come with an NFC chip on them that you can tap to your mobile device to load D directly to the coin easily with the Coinomi app. If you want to redeem your funds off of it eventually, you can peel off the hologram and reveal your minikey associated with that address (You then redeem the Minikey for a full WIF format private key from
