I was playing nothing but .20 euro bets at the time and only clicked spin.

All of a sudden the spin didnt work.

I see my balance go to 12 ~euro

See my bet is now 25 euro for some reason

Obviously angry and said the word damn.


Rather than providing any help or checking anything they immediately responded I need to be civil and that there is no discrepancy immediately, they didn't check jack.

I was at around 37 euro, so why the hell would i even bet 25 euro?

Rather than checking anything (they literally responded immediately telling me to be civil because i said damn and saying I raised it they checked their side) they went completely rude and apreshit over the word damn and ignored anything i said.

Now im left with 1.74mbtc which i cant withdraw even then, so im gonna keep going but the result is clear theyre taking it all after i was up.

What I believe what happened in this case (and once happened to me with max bet 100 € ) is that your mouse cursor moved towards "max bet" while you were spinning. Your balance was 37 €, therefore if you make a maximum bet it will be done according to your balance (on this slot) and it was set to 25 €. Then you have to click spin again which you probably did out of the habit without noticing the changed bet size.
