Firstly, the Halving event will only have a small impact on the price, in the 3 weeks leading up to the event. So do not expect fireworks based on that event alone.

I hope Facebook will not take a monopolistic approach by banning or blocking competing cryptocurrencies. That it is likely to be a stablecoin and will be released next year gives me some confidence that it will be limited in any possible efforts to stifle competition.

Always the halving comes with a bump, miners just don't like to earn less for their job, but since mining was on china hands, was easy for them to manipulate the markets, now i am not sure about what will happen, but let's see. For sure something good will come.

There’s lots of time for 2020 but if the adoption rate of bitcoins continues at this rate, then it’s possible that bitcoin prices will break all records of the past. The Halving of bitcoin is another big event to watch out for, though it’s difficult to gauge how effective it’ll be. I feel Facebook stable coin is not in the best interest of bitcoin, as Facebook will divert crypto traffic towards it’s stable coin.
