Setting up an investigation into Cryptopia, support our cause!

We, a group of 13 small cryptocurrency traders and investors, are very upset with the way the Cryptopia debacle was handled. It`s unsatisfying to see that a registered cryptocurrency trading platform, overseen by authorities, can handle things the way they were handled.
As authorities have failed to lead this debacle to a good end, we are now trying to gather the funds for an independent research, to lay the finger on the sore spots and to get Cryptopia to take their responsibility.
The funds received by people from the community will be used to set up a thorough investigation and take action accordingly.

We can hardly do anything as an individual, but many small donations combine into the amount which is needed to pull this off, so help us to acquire the funds needed to start and complete our investigation.

We will keep you updated about the progress on our Twitter page and Discord channel. We will act and perform according to the budget we receive, but the most important thing is that action will be taken to make sure a possible next debacle will be handled with better care.

I sympathized with the many victims of the eventual closure of Cryptopia and it is good to see that a band of traders are taking the necessary action to get into this thing and possibly obtain some justice for the trust, confidence and money lost. My support is with this group as the authorities are generally recognized to have failed to do their part in the investigation and the receivership of the exchange. This should have been serving as a big lesson to all cryptocurrency exchanges still existing.

Unfortunately, we can verify that a lot more than 12 people were scammed by Cryptopia and we really don`t want to make this about us only. It`s about setting up a collective to operate from, since we do not have the power to do so individually. We certainly have a plan on how to investigate the case, but it requires external and independent actors. We can take quick action, for sure quicker than authorities. The plan is here, but we need to gather support and funds to set it up, that`s why we`re asking for voluntary donations. If you are not in the position to contribute to the investigation, we still want you to fill in the form so we can inventarise the information we get from the questions that need to be answered.

During the investigation we will follow these steps
1. Gather support and funds
2. Find a lawfirm that wants to handle this case
 3. Hire external blockchain expert to confirm gathered evidence
4. Combine them into a big case
5. Information release through @MajesticThirte1 Twitter account and this Discord channel
6. Make research findings and results public and search for media attention

First off you might want to move the thread over to service discussion -> Exchanges located here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0
or even to scam accusations under trading discussions board. I do think service discussion would be more appropriate to gather more support from others who were users of the exchange before it went into liquidation.

Next you need would need to show the others who are in on this group you have formed. Either with a way to show they are truly individuals who have lost their funds due to the incompetence of the investigating authorities as you claim they have performed in this matter or by a way to show individuality such as a linkden in page or reddit name.
Because nobody will back with you(r) group if you can not show this is not just you who are asking for funds to take action against the exchange to recover your cryptocurrency.
